I stopped to get dinner on my way home from work. I ordered 1 dark spicy 2 piece, 1 light spicy 2 piece & an order of red beans & rice. After leaving the drive thru I checked my order & did not get my red beans& rice. I checked the receipt & yes they charged me for it. In 5 o’clock traffic I turned around & went inside to get the red beans & rice. When I got home, I tasted the chicken, all 4 pieces, and not a single piece wad spicy. They were all mild.!! CHECK YOUR ORDER before you leave the drive thru. Popeyes has the best chicken, but this order was very disappointing

Typically Popeyes at this location is pretty good, love the Mardi gras mustard. This time I wanted to try the flounder sandwich they have advertised. I was told it would be a 7 minute wait, which is ok, I'm glad he warned me, but it really wasn't worth the wait or price. The fish was soggy and tasteless, the bun was greasy, barely any sauce on it. The fries were cold and hard. Wasn't given a bag, napkins or the sauce, the employee had to go back in to grab the sauce after I asked and had been waiting. This restaurant is pricier than most fast food and for what I got, I can't see the value of going back.

Ordered 12 wings. Was first given cold wings. I talked to the manager and he gave me a bunch of free stuff trying to make it right. I threw it all out after trying to eat a couple wings. They were just nasty. Tasted like dirt and had a bunch of red seasoning or something between the skin and the Chicken. The manager is very nice, but wow gross food.

The family that runs this shop is grossly rude to their employees, I will no longer support this location as it has gone down hill extremely fast.
The store was a mess and the crew was just hanging out. I got my food quickly, but the conversations between the team members were not

My first time eating at a Popeyes & it was disappointing actually. I placed my order, but I had to repeat myself, as if she wasn't listening. Then to the drink machine, which was filthy & the Coke was out. All the while, one of the employees was mindlessly wiping down trays, staring off into space. They called our order which wasn't even warm. I felt the meal ($27 for 2-3pc tenders combos) was overpriced for mediocre food.
