The only reason for four stars and not lower is because the Pilgrim sandwich is SO GOOD it makes up for all the service mistakes. I've ordered ahead this beautiful sandwich twice now this season and each time they had to remake it because a key component was missing. Fool me twice Port of Subs, now I'm learning my lesson. I'm ordering in store from now on!
