A hidden gem! Just as fresh and fast as the other guys. Reasonably priced. Split a 2 foot long and save some money.

Service was actually good, but understaffed. Only one person for the after work dinner hour?

I came in for lunch today and the team was working really hard and fast. My experience today was absolutely incredible solely by a gentlemen named Ish. He was personable, asked me about my day, he kept conversation going and really cared. The best part was when he asked if I wanted a cookie and I wasn’t completely sold but he said that I really should so then he goes to the back and grabs me a fresh cookie that was just baked that day. He took the time to do that because he cared and it really made my whole day. Give this man a raise!

I don't eat at Port of Subs often. It's a good sandwich. I am sure if I had it more often I could change it to a great sandwich.

Place is fairly cool, order and pay at the counter. The meat was a little on the slim side, six slices and one slice of cheese. Plenty of toppings and dressings. Additional meat can be ordered. Refillable fountain drinks. The bread was fresh. We split a footling, Staff was excellent.I may be back in a pinch.

It doesn’t matter how you order from this store, the order is always perfect! The same can’t be said for some of the other locations, this one however is king of the treasure valley!!

I placed a to go order and wrote on the added instructions multiple times not to have ham added to my sandwich. I would've understood if I forgot to add the note but it was in there multiple times. Aside from that my other sandwich for my fiancé was great and had everything correct. Just wish they would've looked at the fine details on the order since you can't physically remove one of the meat items on the order.

I love port of subs. I’ve been coming since I was a kid. The quality of their ingredients is good and definitely better than subway. It’s also a great substitute for Quiznos since they are gone around here and some sandwich places like Jimmy John’s won’t toast the subs. PROTIP: you have to ask them to grill it twice, maybe even three times. They stick it on the griddle for 45 seconds which is not enough to get warm and toasty. They’ve never had a problem doing this for me. But because of this request I never use the drive thru. Also most people will get the Mayo-mustard mix which they brush on with a spatula but if you go straight mustard like me they squirt it on and tend to be heavy handed so consider asking for light mustard.Overall their sandwiches are tasty and the price is pretty comparable to other sandwich places like Jimmy John’s. They also do catering.
