I used to frequent this place pretty often as a college student, and I’m sad to see how much it has turned for the worse. This location took a play out of Chipotles handbook and decided to half their portion sizes while still raising the price. Double protein with double beans and all the fixings could barely fill half the bowl for $16. At least the queso is still free.

We walked in and there wasn't a single other customer in the restaurant. We walked up to the area to order and there was no one there to take our order. No problem, they are slow and have a lot of prep & stuff to do. We waited and waited and eventually my boyfriend knocked on the glass to try to get someone's attention. A man walked out, glanced over and refused to make eye contact with either of us. He kept walking back in forth at the other end of the counter and never spoke a word. At this point we were very frustrated so we just told him not to bother and we left. He didn't speak a single word to us until we told him to have a great day. He just yelled "you too" and walked back into the kitchen. This was at 12:40 on a Saturday.

Don’t know which one was worse .The thoughtless young workers which could not talk normally or the supposed me a food. It’s a joke with these chains which had people working in them not trained to give good service and food.

Ordered take out and order was missing a few ingredients and added things we requested “no” to. Seemed like the order was on auto pilot without actually reading the ticket. Noticed too late once we were on the road to go back to have it fixed. The two young women working were nice and polite though.

I would not recommend this place at all. I ordered dinner Sunday night and ended up in the ER with food poisoning. It was the worst 48 hours i have had in a very long time.
