Well this was my 6th place looking for the best chili burger in this area. When it came out it had a burnt smell. The chili ( house made ) was a big disappointment. It was all so hot I had to wait a while to eat is making me think they put it in a hot oven. The chili was very bland and did not tastes like chili. The patties were way over cooked which is probably where the burnt taste to me came from. When I checked their menu on line it said a bit under 8:00 and it came to just under 16.00. When is the last time they updated their menu online. 🤔 they are in 5th place out of 6. Don’t waste your time here.

I am baffled just in reading the reviews why you have continued to allow the same rude bartender to run your bar. The girl behind the counter and her little friend sitting on the stool were disrespectful, rude, and out of line. I will never be back and further more will share my experience with anybody i can. I have never taken the time to leave a bad review but this was so appalling. Maybe you don't want new customers and don't care about having a successful business? Your staff represent you and your business so if this is the reputation you want then by all means continue to have an unwelcoming environment.

I like going there to play pool and hang out. Lots of seats and usally low key place. The food always hits the spot. They also have dats,pinball and some other games.
This is our second bad experience, and we felt it needed to be addressed. We’re bartenders ourselves, so we understand the importance of good service. Unfortunately, the woman behind the bar was rude and dismissive again. We simply asked for kamikazes or purple Vikings—nothing unreasonable—but she made it feel like a burden. Her attitude was unwelcoming, and we couldn’t help but wonder if it has something to do with us being Hispanic, as we’ve felt this kind of energy before here. Hospitality should be for everyone. Hope this gets taken seriously.

Both times I have been in here the bartender is rude for no reason to new people. First time I sat for a long time with no help while she helped people that came to bar after me that she knew. The same thing happened the second time I went in so I'm just convinced she sucks at her job. Your suppose to be nice to everyone. Not like I'm some annoying drunk I literally just go to play pool and have a couple beers. I have been in during the day and the daytime bartenders is nice not the nighttime gal.
To add to this. Both times I said hello and she would look at me then ignore me and go help someone else.
You want a friendly place to play pool? Go to fireside inn as this is where I went after this horrible interaction and I was greeted promptly and served a beer.

I would love rate the food but the bartender served my gf and I 1 round and never acknowledged us after that. We waited over 30 mins while she stood around. Worst service I've had in years.
