They tell you all info about you load..hope every single warehouse do the same..all about respect..i dont load yet. Becky, she is very polite and nice person.Fast unloading process. The receiving office is located between doors R1-R3, there is the ring on the door. Don’t break the seal yourself. Also slide the tandems all the way back.
I delivered a load at RC Bigelow this morning. The lady who unloaded my truck was very polite and professional, I feel sorry I didn't get her name. It took her less than an hour to unload. I wish every company would treat the drivers like Bigelow does. Thank you lady!PS. Make sure you shut down your engine while on their property.
