We’ve been wanting to try Red Bench for the longest time. We met the owners at a wine event at the lovely Avery Hotel. After that we knew we had to make a point to come and tonight didn’t disappoint! We were blown away with the delicious meal (why yes, we even ordered all four desserts) and fun atmosphere. Our server, Avery, was fantastic, the food was as the website promised… made from scratch and meant for feeding our family, and we loved the laid back vibes. The restaurant was bustling with families, couples, and large groups all enjoying the delicious offerings. We ordered a carafe of house wine, ceaser salad (the fried capers were a perfect play on the classic) and the highly recommended Diana Ross pizza. All were outstanding. Our sons enjoyed (ahem, inhaled) the mac n cheese and the meatballs. We couldn’t decide on dessert and tried them all. Such a perfect ending to a fun family night out. Thank you Red Bench for a lovely evening!

Pizza n beer good. Service was good. Didn't care for the fact the server dropped a tray of drinks that splashed up my side and face, then Didn't even say anything. Didn't even offer anything to clean myself with. Accidents happen, but the lacking of professionalism can't.

We had a great experience at Red Bench Pizza tonight. The food was delicious and fresh - being scratch/house-made really makes a wonderful difference! The marinara sauce was full of fresh flavor and perfect for the cheese bread which was the lightest I think I've had. The pizza (half Hulk, half Diana Ross) had the handcrafted look, feel, and taste! The cannolis for dessert were the perfect end! Our server (Taylor) did a great job, she was very attentive, anticipated our needs, gave good feedback on menu items, and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and can't wait to go back!

Red Bench is by far the best casual Italian restaurant I've ever been to and is definitely in my top 5 favorite restaurants overall. You won't find a more welcoming,caring, organized staff in Boise, and the food is to die for. Their pizza is always perfectly cooked with the best crust, homemade marinara, and most fresh toppings you could hope for. They also have my favorite salad anywhere, the antipasto salad. The atmosphere is cute and quaint, and they always play great music. We brought our dogs last time, and they were so welcoming about it and sat us all in their outdoor patio and instantly brought our dogs a bowl of water. Not to mention, they always have a great selection of fresh, cold beers which is always a plus!
Owen was our waiter, 10/10 on all fronts Will be returning for sure. Pasta perfectly alienate, pizza was reminiscent of when I studied in Tuscany. Glad I found this diamond in the gem state
