We all know that post-covid, a lot of restaurants have had a problem getting their staffing back up to snuff. However, after 2 times back to this particular Red Lobster, they leave a lot to be desired. Most of the food was good as always, but both times, the lobster was very undercooked. Even after sending it back, it was still inedible. The second visit, the lobster tail was more of a mush. With a name like Red Lobster, maybe your cooks should, at minimum, be able to properly prepare a lobster tail. Especially during lobster fest. Stop hiring fast food cooks and get a proper one. We won't be eating there for quite a while. Hopefully, in time, they will be worth it again.
Try the mango-pineapple vinegarette! Ultimate Platter was amazing!!Kid-friendliness: Daughter loved it! Did a mozzarella stick cheese pull to show her love!
The food was excellent and our server was superb !! However, the young man who seated us must have been having a bad day. As he showed us to a table, I asked if there were any booths available. He replied rather snappish , "Not at this time." Though clearly booths were available in the same section. As our server arrived to take our drink order, she was more than happy and accommodating to move us 2 places over to an available booth. Once again, I'm sorry he was having a bad day. But, perhaps he should seek a different line of employment if he can't handle such a simple request. I'm thankful I did not allow his sour attitude ruin my birthday dinner with my polite ex military boyfriend (who could have knocked the wind out of his smart mouth) in about 5 seconds.

The food here has gone so far down hill it is now comparable to fast food at high end retail pricing. NY strip steak was nearly inedible like an old leather shoe, bacon mac and cheese I'm pretty sure is the great value brand they sell at Walmart microwaved until melted, Walts shrimp was soggy and cold. Down the line of so many others I believe the Red Lobster is on borrowed time and will be out of business soon. I now see why the parking lot was more than half empty on a Saturday night. The red lobster Era has ended, and nobody told me.
