Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My food arrived at room temp. There is a table that was dirty when I came in and it was still dirty. When I left approximately an hour later it was not that busy in there yet to wait took forever took forever to get water and noticed by a server I have worked in food service for many years and this is by far from the worst service I’ve experienced even in super busy restaurants

When we first arrived, we waited about 10 minutes without being greeted and were literally about to get up and leave. Our server then came over and apologized, saying she hadn’t noticed we were there. From that moment on, the service completely turned around. She was incredibly attentive and quick with everything, and our drinks and food came out very fast. The manager even brought our food out personally and gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated. You could tell they genuinely cared about making things right. We’re really glad we decided to stay because the experience ended up being great!

I came here yesterday with my kids for a nice lunch, waited over 10 minutes just to be greeted, we already knew what we wanted since waited so long, had to ask for bottomless fries, didn’t get offered any drink refills, our food came before my daughters chocolate milk, will say the burgers were excellent, next time we will just go to eagle location, I work in service Industry , I treated my guests like that I’d be in a lot of trouble , maybe server having a bad day, but can least

I really can't say enough about this location. We love Red Robin but this location goes above and beyond for their guests. Great service, fair prices, fun atmosphere, and relatable staff who truly seem to care about the customer experience. Bravo y'all!!

I can't put my finger on it but the vibes were off when I visited a week ago. My waiter (can't remember his name) was quite friendly and seemed to have a good understanding of the menu. My burger, the A1 Steakhouse, was delightful and the manager who visited my table seemed to be wonderful too. However, closer to the end of my meal, it felt like my waiter wasn't as cheery as he first seemed. He was probably having a bad day but hopefully he's better now. Saw a couple other servers with not so cheery smiles as well so it had to have been a busier morning for them. Hoping it gets better.

Best place to catch up woth friends with great food and excellent desserts. Come check their bottomless garlic parmesan brocolli instead of fries. Delish

Came here for my daughter's 14 th birthday last month. Waiter was great..... At first, my order was a cold sandwich but came last probably 20 minutes after everyone else at the tables cooked food. My daughters who's birthday it was, Mac and cheese came cold she didn't eat it. I asked for a water that never came. We were there literally for 2 hrs for a dinner, waiter was gone for half an hour understand breaks but to have no one come check on us the whole time? We had bottomless fries but had to ask for refills after 20 minutes. Won't go back

Jasmine has always provided us with excellent service! My husband and I frequent Red Robin on the weekend because we always receive friendly service in a pleasant atmosphere. She is always patient and makes sure we have our drinks and food in a timely manner without being over bearing or lingering.

A good Red Robin location. I got the bbq style burger and they did a good job with it. They were busy but wait staff was still consistent in checking in with us. They made a mistake on my friends burger and pushed it to the kitchen quick allowing him to get it not too long after which was much appreciated as were the complementary fries they gave us. Overall a good dining experience.
