Our server Jason has a great upbeat personality the food was delicious and the salad just picked from the garden fresh. The gilled chicken breast was tasty and tender.

Burgers were excellent
We were greeted upon entering the restaurant right before 4pm on a Saturday, we were asked to wait and then were seated quite quickly. We waited over 15 minutes at our table, where one server said that “Nicole” would be on her way soon. While we watched 2 other groups of people being sat, and overhearing the server introduce yourself as Nicole, we walked out. There were at least 4 employees standing near the door, not even one of them said anything to us while we were walking out.

I went there knowing the prices on menu pointing to what was wanted expecting the bill to be as expected but came almost double.. the cocktails were correct but we prdered the kids meals and added a side salad and two side onion rings and a fondue addon to the meals, the waitress knew the budget and what we expected and when the bill came we were in shock the manager gave us free appetizers cards fpr later usage but why return.. and gave a minimal discount un matching the difference...so un happy and mis leading and un directed by the server that me nor my friend want to return to an establishment that wont back the server and just states ill talk to my server...talking to your staff is one thing and educating them is one thing but giving us a bill we expected by prices to be 2 kids meals at 6.99 added side salad menu stated 2.99 onion rings add on at 3.99 non botemless times two and fondue at 4.9 does not equal almost 90$ ...what a place and customer service with an issue un handled to expectations. With 2 16.99 drinks and two drinks stated at 5.99 each plus 2 3$ beakers..do the math..watch your bill here for sure. And to top ot no apologies... Sad....we wont return ever

Ordered another bottomless fries when we got our meal. An hour later we still didn’t have our fries. Bottomless drink never got refilled. Chicken sandwich that you had to search for the chicken. Worst service ever and not great food. Burger King would have been a better choice.

Not sure exactly where to start. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and got a salad with Crispy Chicken. My daughter ordered a black and blue burger. This hamburger is supposed to have blue cheese on it and she ended up with a hamburger that was slathered in mustard and had tomatoes on it so it was not the right hamburger. We were never asked if we wanted our bottomless fries. The fries that arrived on everyone's plates were stale and cold. When we saw other tables getting endless baskets of bottomless fries we finally asked somebody else besides our server to get us some. Our waters were empty before the food came. Not once did anyone come buy and refill our Waters. Or ask if we want anything else to drink. We told our server twice that we had a birthday boy in our party. He turned 10 and wanted to go to Red Robin for his birthday. Our server ended up forgetting so we had to remind somebody else. When we arrived we had six people in our party. About 30 minutes later we had a 7th person arrived. When he sat down he was there 20 minutes before someone asked if you wanted anything. By then he decided he was going to go somewhere else to eat. The entire experience was not great. I still tipped the waitress well because she still needs to make a living. But I think she needs to find a new way to make a living because the service was awful.
Had the service been better we were intending on ordering a lot more food including Desserts and Drinks.

My wife and I went to get something to eat. We sat at the bar, the guy that served us was great. The only bad thing was i noticed a couple of the waitress and waiter touching their face and rubbing their nose, then touching the top of the cups. (Nasty)

I honestly miss the red Robin from the 90s. The presentation the food options were much better and simpler. What happened to just having these amazing burger options with a few salad and soup options and really great appetizers? I feel like red Robin is trying to do way too much. Maybe to compete with others, but it takes away from what red Robin initially started off with, the food and service use to be great! Something that the chain strived for and I feel like no longer focuses on service has gone downhill significantly over the years.
We have come to this location as well as the one in Eagle multiple times over the last few years and it’s just not great. I don’t know why we continue to go back but we keep hoping it’s going to improve, but it never does. We came in to red Robin yesterday, well after the lunch hour. Our server hardly touched our table and we began with the basket of bottomless fries, which when it was brought to us hardly had any fries in the basket not once did she come back to ask us if we wanted a refill or touch our table prior to our food being brought out, which was also lengthy. Then when the food was brought out, my salad dish had fingerprints all over the dish appeared to be a very dirty dish presentation overall lacked, no silverware or napkins provided, my daughter‘s burger and fries literally look like somebody threw it on the plate. I could’ve done a better job at home. I don’t know what chain currently owns the red Robin restaurants but they clearly do not focus on service, quality and presentation and when you try to bring it to the attention of the staff at red Robin, no one seems to care just very disappointed. Go back to the basics, Red Robin you might be surprised!

Madi, the hostess, and Riley, our waiter, went out of their way to make our dining experience fun and enjoyable. We had 3 kiddos under 8, and they were treated so kindly and friendly, which made the experience incredible for them. Will definitely be back at this location again!
