I can't remember the server's name but he was absolutly amazing and made two of our friends first experience at Red Robin. They are both not from America so the food here usually hurts their stomachs but they said they wanted to come back.

Went for birthday burger, waiter said tavern double wasn’t the birthday burger anymore. That it was only gourmet burgers, so order monster burger. Then the check comes bill comes out to be 40.00. No free burger, was not happy waiter didn’t know what he was talking about. We could have had 2 special burgers for 20.00!!

With so many things to celebrate, we arrived an hour before closing.
Riley was our server. He was more than accommodating. He was kind and entertaining, laughed with us. And made us laugh. Nothing was too much to ask time was not a concern. But hustle, he did
He made what could have been a stressfull nite more than pleasant. The kitchen staff Made sure our food was ready before closing.
And throughout some quick bottomless fries so that we could close the kitchen almost on time. Thank you all for your kindness and accommodation.
Life is so hard, but you all made it a little bit better that night

We were seated pretty quickly ordered 3 baskets of bottomless fries with our food, took 20 mins to get only the first one and didn’t get the other 2 until we had to ask! Took forever to get my daughter’s vanilla DR.P which I guess was from the bar. My other daughter ordered a root beer float, got the root beer but not the ice cream. Took AN HOUR to get our food! When we did get it was cold. If you are going to to advertise bottomless sides, and have to wait so long to get them that they are not technically “bottomless” will not be going to this location again

Are not able to deal with there rush properly, they should not offer pickup as a service as well, you are not a priority to them

I didn’t rate the food because we left. We waited to get seated for 5 min or more. Then we went to the bar where we waited an extra 10 + minutes and hadn’t been acknowledged. There were plates not cleared everywhere. It wasn’t very busy or we could understand and accept the wait.

Red Robin had gone down recently. The food used to be amazing and is now just good. Service is still good, better than most, but still good. Prices have increased by approx 25-35%. Ashamed they raised prices and lowered quality.

Overall one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes for our drink to be ordered. In that time we figured out what our children wanted to eat so we ordered for them to be delivered before our food. Another 10-15 minutes went by and we were finally able to order our food. The adults food came fairly quickly but our sons food were not brought. We had to wait for the server to come back around to request their food. We gave our fries to our sons and tho had the endless basket we were not offered more until my wife asked. Our server did not return in about 10 minutes by this time I got mad, paid and left with my family. No offers for refills no inquiries about the food or if we needed anything. The one thing I can say good is my burger was decent. Will not be returning to this location.
