We have enjoyed Reed's Dairy home delivery for several years, yet found the delivery costs and surcharges to be more than the excellent product was worth. After we notified the Boise operation that we wanted to close our account, we were notified that an "audit" of the records would necessitate a $4.54 charge. No accounting was provided, no indication as to when this error on Reed's Dairy occurred, just a charge. What poor business practices. I cannot endorse your company and am appalled that this is the way your firm parts ways with clients. Been here a few times now and the jury is out we love it! Great local ice cream shop with great employees. The staff is always super friendly. The ice cream selection is outstanding and you can truly taste the difference in the homemade quality of theirs. Inside is typical ice cream shop with lots of tables to sit at and every time is always very clean. They have several locations throughout the Treasure Valley this one just so happens to be the one we have most frequented. They also have other things besides homemade ice cream. They sell their milk and my favorite their chocolate milk is amazing! Plus cheeses and other dairy selections. They also have a limited food menu but in a pinch a hope bowl of soup and a homemade grilled cheese sandwich is always a good thing...great local company that everyone should support.
Love the chocolate milk and ice cream, gets busy, so sometimes a line.

The perfect small-town ice cream experience.The ice cream is next level rich and creamy and overshadows the local ice cream chains by miles. They also offer unique flavors I don't see anywhere.They also provide fresh milk, cheese, and honey products from their own dairy here in Idaho that can't be outmatched in quality by the grocery stores.Also, if youre feeling a quick easy and cheap lunch, they offer grilled cheese and tomato soup, which is consistently amazing. Their bread is sweet and soup thick and creamy we often will stop in for sandwiches as well.

This place is a great locals place to come grab ice cream. Rich, creamy and smooth. Real quality rich ice cream. I ordered the big daddy and one scoop was a decent size. The waffle cone is great option too. Don’t forget the whip cream. Make it sundae option if that suits your fancy. Customer service is top notch as well. They also offer grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch. Come here to try your next outing with the fam !
