Walked in for a pumpkin latte and was NOT greeted by the girl in a black workout outfit. I was ready to place my order when the she the cashier took another person's order. I waited. 2 guys came in who the cashier greeted. Still no acknowledgement to my presence. I started to leave and walked out the door ... not even a word from the 1 person staff. There are so many coffee and drink shops in the area that I will never go back for a healthy enery drink or coffee.

Tried this place when hungry for breakfast but needed something quick. Had a delicious vegan shake with good protein to fill me up for the day plus minimal sugar. Would definitely come back any time I'm in Boise! Small dining area available as well inside.

The owner/worker was super friendly and helpful, I got a cranberry aloe shot, a s’more latte, and a collagen shot. The process was easy and fun and it’s great to have this as an alternative to a coffee shop bc I’m trying to be more healthy. The shop was clean and the drink tasted great

Herbalife nutrition retailers across the country have come up with this idea to sell their products through a storefront and I am so happy they did! The shakes at rise & grind are so good, I don't know how they do it! I love that they have so many great flavors and everything is ACTUALLY HEALTHY. Fast food to start your day RIGHT. The owner and employees are also so nice! Best way to start the day.You have to get the combo with the aloe shot, tea, and shake. You won't regret it!
