Interesting tour of the coffee factory with history and tastings.

Stop in for iced lattes. Got them to go. Initially thought the bitter, bad taste was the result of the barista just pouring the coffee over the ice and milk then handing us our cups. Nope they were bitter and bad tasting no matter how much we stirred them. Used them to water the grass as we walked. What a waste.
Cold brew excellent and smooth.

We frequent DT downtown location and had a rather surprisingly negative experience there today, so we popped over to this location. Apparently, our business wasn’t needed at the downtown location since it was inconvenient for the baristas there. No worries at all, though, as this location was not only willing and able to accommodate but the barista was extremely friendly and the vibe was much better! If you were open on Sundays we’d be in there every Sunday morning before hitting Ann Mo. My entire office loved the to-go drip coffee (they don’t get spoiled often so thank you for accommodating!) and I was more than willing to wait at either location to make that happen. Such a cute place in a great location. We will definitely make a point to come back.

Fix your ordering website. I was able to order for pickup at 415pm same day but arrived at the shop and found it was closed. Looks to allow you to pick up until 445pm.
This is another Dawson Taylor in town, it doesn’t offer as many seats as the DT in downtown, but it is more stylish. It also has that coffee storage area that you can take a peek at. The staff are very friendly and welcoming , they make different latte arts for each cup, which is very nice. This place is even more popular than the downtown shop on weekends, so be prepared that you may have a 10 min wait for your drink.

We attended a coffee tasting class led by "Amanda", a coffee educator employed by DT. We learned about coffee flavor profiles, different coffee processing and roasting techniques and got to enjoy four different coffees--a Columbian, a Guatemalan, a Brazilian and a Vienna (which I learned is actually a roasting style, not a country of origin). Amanda was enthusiastic, informative and genuinely friendly. She had a well-prepared presentation and happily answered all of our questions. We got to take home a 12-oz bag of beans too! Nice little cafe--one of my favorite DT locations. Thank you Amanda!
Trent did a great job flying solo today! He was prompt and accommodating! Thank you!
My favorite local roaster! Their espresso blend is my go-to, particularly at the price. Always very fresh and love that they include a fresh cup of coffee with the order. Great service too
Slow.
Incredibly slow. Not the barista's fault understaffed and built for aesthetics not functionality.

A wise friend once told me you know a coffee shop is good when you walk in and see a pour over menu. That advice had yet to prove me wrong. Delicious coffee, great vibe, calm, and they have burlap sacks for free if you are looking for some art projects ?

I had a drink remade and Dylan was such a sweetheart about it, and the drink came out perfect the second time. Thank you!

I think the freshness at our local Albertsons is somewhat stale. We purchased small bag of Primo from the Glenwood store on a Sunday night. No matter if we pulled a ristretto, normal, or lungo, our shots (15 to 18g trials) had no crema and tasted bad. We're lifelong espresso drinkers experienced in home brewing. Taste is subjective, obviously. We then made cortados to mask the beans. In the end we threw each cup down the sink. We'll try getting a bag direct from Lusk St.
We regularly order their Espresso beans shipped to Indiana because nothing compares. I placed this past online order on a Saturday when the shop was closed, and it was shipped at 7am Idaho time on Monday!!
