A wise friend once told me you know a coffee shop is good when you walk in and see a pour over menu. That advice had yet to prove me wrong. Delicious coffee, great vibe, calm, and they have burlap sacks for free if you are looking for some art projects ?

Good coffee, nice place. However, I placed on online order for curbside pick up and when I arrived and called the number it just goes to voicemail/disconnects. If there truly is a curbside service, then they might want to be sure someone is managing it.

I believe DT does the best job in the valley with their roasting- maybe even in the inland NW! The baristas are usually consistent and the whole beans, which are well-sourced, are sold at a reasonable price. The environment- especially at Roast in the Lusk District, is easy, not pretentious, and usually a great place to get a few chapters in.

Skinny guy with the nose ring this morning was very unhelpful and rude right off the bat. Was looking forward to trying this place but unfortunately will be taking my business back to the other great options around Boise. Owner- please let this guy know that customer service matters. It’s a life skill.
