My honey and I are new to Boise and were looking for a breakfast spot.. walked in to this place and greeted with “ menu is here and there” ok.. looked at menu and empty dining room and we left! The Chefs Hut is amazing!! Don’t waste your money at Roosters!

I was told it's not a placed I'd enjoy. My friends know me so well.
Stopped in for lunch. Got the biscuits and gravy, cinnamon roll for me. Can't say I would praise the gravy, seems like it wasn't homemade. The biscuit was good. Small portions for the price.
The cinnamon roll was ok. It's about the same consistency as the Pillsbury frozen cinnamon rolls.
GF got the turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce. Sauce served with chunks and the indentation of the can.
Side salad was less than impressive.
All in all, the food was just slapped together and served.

I’ve always enjoyed going to Roosters. I usually come here while I wait for my pup to be done at the groomers and make a nice breakfast morning out of it. The environment is chill and clean, service is quick, employees are kind and welcoming, food is warm, and I always enjoy their coffee. Very solid choice for a nice relaxing breakfast.

The kid taking the order had to be high. He got everything wrong. When I went and told him, he said he was going to take care of it and came back with something completely different from what I asked for. When I told him about it again he just walked away. Everything was from a package and had no flavor.

Ordered two breakfast burritos with ham and a pancake. The burritos were delicious and very filling, the pancake was fluffy and big enough for two. Only thing I’d say is getting an extra side of salsa or having a a bottle available.

Great French Dip and Tri-Tip sandwiches. Staff was friendly and efficient. We will be back to check out breakfast.

This was legitimately one of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve ever had. Took 20 mins to get my food (1 plate of biscuits and gravy) which arrived cold and tasted/looked terrible. I was also brought an expired glass of milk or buttermilk which instantly ruined any appetite I would’ve had if the food tasted or looked good to begin with. Save yourself the trip DO NOT EAT HERE.

This was almost a 3, but the quantity and price made it a 4. This is a FAT TRITIP breakfast burrito, definitely worth a stop. I wish it had a little more flavor, but it was a really nice size and i love tritip.
Homemade cookies are always a plus, nice a chewy.
Trailer parking Difficult. Sustain!

It was extremely mediocre, the food was not great, the service was pretty terrible, and the place was completely empty at 8am which is sad for a breakfast place, if you are looking for good breakfast I’d go to the griddle instead personally 🤷♀️

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT I picked up lunch here for myself and a coworker. We tried making an online order but their website would not accept it without adding a tip so I ordered at the counter in person. The food was average. There was a small child running around in the kitchen. And they added a tip without my knowledge. Lots of better places to eat in the area.

Stopped in for lunch. Good menu options. We ordered the Rooster Bomb and the Reuben, both hot sandwiches, both with sides of french fries. Fries were scrumptious! Loved the bread, great tasting sauerkraut, and the meat was delicious, but the sandwiches were sorely lacking in the amount of meat, which for us is a deal breaker. We're not sure if we'll go back 😕, maybe to try the cold sandwiches and other non-sandwich menu items. I'm giving four stars because the food is genuinely delicious, though my wife is telling me to only give 2 because of the lack of meat on the sammies.
