I have ordered catering from the State Street Rush Bowls twice now. Both times, the owner is wonderful to work with. She makes things work within our event budget and everything is seamless from delivery to product quality. She was able to accommodate our long list of dietary restrictions as well. Try them for your corporate breakfast events!

Don’t bother taking to go while on a bike/scooter because the packaging is so flimsy one single bump will have your single 14 dollar bowl across the concrete. Not only is the bag ready to rip whenever but the bowl can’t even stay shut and poured itself all over my bag. Disappointed in the to-go packaging here and I’ve never had this happen anywhere else. Sure it would have been a good lunch, I’m just not going to go back and spend 30 dollars for a small bowl.

I visited Rush Bowls today with my wife, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff member behind the counter acted like making our order was a burden no greeting when we walked in, spoke in a flat monotone voice, and gave off a negative attitude the entire time. On top of that, our smoothie and bowl were made incorrectly. For the price point ($25–$30 for a smoothie and a small bowl), I expect at least decent customer service, if not better. As a Navy veteran, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a simple order to be made correctly with a respectful attitude. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. Even gave the dude a 5 dollar tip but he is just an ungrateful lazy worker.

Unfortunately i have to give a three because when my boyfriend and i walked in no one was behind the counter so we politely waited and assumed the employee was just caught up with an important task at the moment. After about five minutes she walked over to us and we knew our orders ahead of time, but she didnt say anything. like not a word just stared at us?? And i was taken aback because something as simple as a “hello!” And a smile would have made me much less likely to ever write a review for a place my friends and i love coming to so much! Ive always had great service and product, which has made it worth the price (i miss when finola worked here). Anyways i was just upset that the girl couldnt even say hello, its rude and as someone who has worked in a similar food environment i know that sometimes work is tiring, but no matter what u smile and put ur best foot forward. I was disappointed in her attitude, but in addition i want to be clear not having her immediate attention was not the source of our frustration, had she had said “be with u in a minute!” Or “sorry for the wait”, i wouldnt have even batted an eye. At least this is how i treat my customers at work. But regardless there was no one else there so im j confused why her attitude was off. If it had been super busy i understand being stressed, but her lack of greeting was rlly unfortunate and idk if she should be working in a job that requires people skills (if saying hello is considered such a large task for her apparently)

This place hits different on a hot day I get the aloha bowl with 3 topper peanut butter, almonds and coconut shavings amazing healthy treat that’s costume to the consumer

Smoothie was good, service not so much. The blonde girl at the cash register was rude and clearly doesn't like people or her job. She just wasn't friendly even after we said hi to her upon entering the store. Makes me not want to go back.

The bowl we had was super creamy, packed with fresh fruit, and just the right amount of natural sweetness. It’s more filling than your average smoothie, and you can taste the quality in every bite. Definitely not your basic smoothie shop. Worth the price for something that feels clean, energizing, and actually satisfying.

The bowls were absolutely delicious and fresh! The service was great and fast. I ordered the Choco-Covered Strawberry bowl, which was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend this store!

If you want fresh this is the place to get your grub on. They take pride in their food unlike the big fast chain places. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with all that they offer for the clients. I fully recommend Rush bowls so come on and treat yourself.

Got screamed at and denied when we tried to order a single bowl because the lady had a breakdown. Made a comment on the website saying customers need to be treated better. THE COMPANY GAVE THE WORKER MY MOTHERS PHONE NUMBER, and she received a nasty hate message. Can't post it here because of all the profanity and hate. This is how a business is supposed to be ran in your guyses eyes? Pathetic. If you can't blend fruit and be respectful to customers then shut down and do different work.
