We ordered cupcakes for delivery and upon delivery they were smashed and all over the box. We called Smallcakes and the customer service was amazing!! Michelle refunded us and offered to send a new box of cupcakes. We will definitely order from them again and will highly recommend! The cupcakes were delicious even smashed.
We absolutely love Smallcakes! The cupcakes are absolutely delicious, I love that the frosting isn’t overly sweet or heavy! I usually scrape frosting off of most cupcakes, but not these ones. Also, the sweetest people! Good service is hard to find these days but Smallcakes always wins with good customer service! Last but not least, the pupcakes!!! Our dog is obsessed!
