We tried most of all ice cream stores in treasure valley and I would say this is one of the best with different flavours than normal ice cream stores. We tried “Pineapple Mango Guava” ice cream and we liked it.

Strawberry rhubarb cardamom was so delicious! Perfect amount of strawberry and tasted fresh. Love that previous flavors are offered on discount so we could sample several. Pickup was quick and easy. Cant wait to try more!

Forever changed my expectations for ice cream. Snake River Creamery isn't just offering the best ice cream in the Treasure Valley, it's pioneering new and amazing flavors and raising the bar for quality. Chef Pedro's ability to artfully combine complex and delicate flavors into incredibly balanced and flavorful ice creams is extraordinary. It's evident in the vibrancy of the flavors and incredible creamy texture that Chef Pedro only uses the highest quality ingredients. He even sources ingredients from local farms. The lavender flavors like Huckleberry Lemon Lavender and Lavender Ube are my personal favorites! I highly recommend becoming proficient in martial arts so you can fight off your family and friends when they eyeball your ice cream stockpile.

DELICIOUS !!!! I wandered into Hills Kitchen to see what it was. Chef Pedro was busy making ice cream, but took time out to chat about his ice cream and business. I ended up getting a small Mascarpone Fig and a small Mexican Chocolate something. Uh-mazing ice cream ! My wife asked when I was getting more. She’s the tough sell !

Didn't realize somehow that this isn't it's own ice cream place! You walk in, take the pre-made ice creams out of the freezer and pay. It was still good, and fun flavors! Just not what I expected.

This ice cream is what dreams are made of. So creamy and flavourful. I ordered the Carmel apple with gingersnaps for both me and a friend. We both agreed it was sinfully good. Highly recommend.
