Waited in a mobile spot for over 15 minutes for 3 drinks and watched as they helped every single drive thru person as they never once stepped outside to help the people in the mobile order pick ups. Horrible service! Will not be back and will spend my time going elsewhere.

I had the most amazing service from the workers in this store. Anthony and Cassie have some of the best service I have ever seen in my life. So much hospitality it was the best. I locked myself keys in my car and they frequently came out to check on me while i was waiting for triple A. Gave me some water in the heat and some warm food. Thank you so much Anthony and Cassie you guys are literally the best ! <3

Ordered a peanut butter Oreo shake. No receipt was given at the time of purchase. Didn’t notice until I got home that there was no Oreo bits in the shake. So I put the shake in the freezer with the intention of going in the next day to show them their mistake and getting a replacement. Even with the shake as evidence, they refused to replace it or give me a refund because I didn’t have the receipt. The shake with no Oreo wasn’t enough evidence? Ridiculous!
I work close to this location. I have tried multiple times to order for myself and Co workers. I waited in line for so long I didn't have a choice, I had to leave after I ordered. Multiple times I was over charged and was missing food. We will no longer attempt toeat at Sonic
