My friends and I went 15 minutes before closing, and we just wanted hotdogs and only ketchup on it. (We weren't the last people in the drive thru someone else was there 2 minutes before closing) When we looked at the hotdogs, it had everything on it(relish, onions, and mustard) besides ketchup, and the mustard was all over the bun. Our friends couldn't eat it because he is slightly allergic to some of the ingredients in mustard.The workers did it on purpose because we asked 3 times while ordering, and the guy at the window even confirmed it himself, ketchup only. It's disappointing to see someone do that.

As a steakhouse manager myself I am baffled by the service, and the food received. What a spit in the face from the gentleman on Saturday night. We went a little late at night I'm not going to lie. It was about 15 to close. It was for a buddy of mine, he specifically wanted sonic so we made it in time before they closed. We rolled up and simply asked for 1 hotdog with ketchup only. That was it. He made sure multiple times that it was ketchup only, and rang up 1 hotdog with only ketchup. We rolled up to the window, paid, and received our food. We got home and opened the one hotdog and noticed the spit in the face. These boys out of spite, had loaded our hotdog with mustard, relish, and onions. And not a drop of ketchup. My friend couldn't eat the hotdog because he is slightly allergic to some of the ingredients loaded on the hotdog. Hence the ketchup only. I am extremely disappointed in this sonic. Used to be one of my favorite locations, coming from a manager? I say what a shame.

Actually recieving food often takes an unacceptable amount of time, even though they always say it’ll “be right out”. It’s not that difficult to be respectful and honest.It’s also rare to get even half-decent service. Carhop Jacob J has a severe attitude problem and doesn’t mind treating customers like they’re a burden.If you come here, expect to be disappointed.

Drive thru order station was broken and when we finally got to the window to pay for our food we waited 17 minutes for 2 medium shakes and one corn dog. Our server was very respectful but given our small order I except faster service in the future.

This used to be our go to Sonic for quality and service but over the past 6 Mos service has really declined. Last 3 trips, drink order has been wrong 2 times, slow service using app order, and last time individual tried to hand me back another card wrapped in the receipt instead of my credit card. Still love Sonic, just might need to find new location.
So I ordered a blue raspberry slushie and you guys decided to put nerds in it when I definitely didn't order it with any sort of candy in it. You would think it wouldn't be that hard to make a slushie but obviously it is I didn't realize it till I got home or I totally would have gone back but actually you guys would have been closed by then anyways it doesn't really matter or if I came back lol do better seriously

Pulled up at 7pm and gave my order to a kid who was laughing the entire time and then proceeded to get my whole entire food order wrong while continuing to mumble under his breathe and laugh. We pulled up to the window and our order was read back to us completely wrong. Honestly the kid seemed high and annoyed with me. I also got a brownie sonic blast with 4 brownie pieces on top. Lol.
