We have been coming here on a weekly basis since the store opened on ustick and five Mile. It has always been the best Sonic around until about 6 months ago. Literally everything has gone downhill here. I recognize their short staffed and that is really unfortunate but if the quality and service continue to suffer we will just be going somewhere else
Very upset with your Broadway location! Left me sitting at the speaker for over 10 minutes, just to try and tell them I was there for my online order. Then they tried to give me cold food and melted ice cream. When I asked for a refund I was told no. When I asked for a manager, I was told she is the manager. I then asked for the real manager and a guy came up, he said he would refund us.
Close to 30 minutes with two screaming kids in the car for nothing!
Hey everybody I have some good news to tell you. Right around 8:40pm today this evening I was at sonic driving restaurant. I ordered a Jr deluxe cheeseburger and a large fry.
