Like someone else said, this place gets worse every time. They always forget an item. Tonight we had to repeat ourselves three times until the person understood our very simple order. And when we reiterated that we wanted a certain sauce, he snapped at us.They gave me fries instead of tots. And then gave me regular sodas instead of diet. This could kill me as I’m diabetic!Honestly I love leaving places good reviews but I will give a bad one where warranted. They need an actual adult running a tight ship here. Seems like a bunch of kids who hate their lives and chances are they aren’t paid enough to care about customers.This sonic is a perfect example of why sonic is failing as an entire corporation. A shame we live right by here and will never be back.

* 2star changed to 1... came thru the drive thru at 8:02 pm, Sat for a good 5 minutes hoping to order a few sonic blasts but after no one answers we finally drive away. The drive thru was empty and parking lot had one other car. 4 employees were all inside. Doing what??? I should have know better. This place still sucksHonestly here lately it's like they have completely forgotten common sense... if someone orders mozzarella sticks, please give them marinara sauce! It makes the cold mediocre cheese sticks somewhat edible. Also whoever is making sonic blasts... please pay attention to what you're doing, if you are low on supplies or out of something just make us aware. Ordered two blasts and both were half full with no whipcream on top, not to mention both cups were busted and leaking.

This is a terrible place to go!!!! Tried to go here on new year’s eve at 10:26pm and google said they closed at 11pm. They told me and my step mother they weren’t taking no orders. This is not okay! Sonic on Ustick and 5 Mile. Unacceptable.

Pulled up to the drive through and the PEPPIEST employee I had ever heard took my order and told some jokes. Even though it was the end of their shift, they were still so happy and kind. Plus the cherry limeade I ordered was about the freshest, most delicious one I've ever had, and I've ordered from this location hundreds of times. Great job guys!

There definitely needs to be an adult there. Workers just stand outside talking to their friends that come and visit. Chicken wasn’t cooked all the way inside and was thrown in brown
