Spring Creek Brewing Company is a hidden gem just out of town. The place has all the potential to be awesome with amazing food and excellent beer brewed by knowledgeable staff. The Ribbons of Euphoria IPA is a standout among their offerings. The indoor and outdoor seating offers views for miles and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The wood-fired pizzas, Kobe beef burger, and Philly are top-notch, prepared with fresh ingredients. The pizza rolls and cheese pizza are also yummy. The servers are friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. While the beer is good, some dishes like the Cesar salad can be lacking. Be aware of flies during warmer months, but the cozy ambiance and tasty food make it worth a visit. Overall, a great spot to enjoy flavorful beers, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere.
