“Five stars for the Starbucks experience! I wandered in expecting just a coffee, but I stayed for the motivational seminar. Watching the staff prep for the day with a pep rally on ‘greeting customers and being positive’ was like witnessing the caffeinated version of a pre-game huddle. Forget coffee—I walked out inspired! This crew was a finely-tuned, espresso-fueled machine, like the Olympic team of latte makers. They had just a handful of staff, but somehow they’re in there serving coffee at a pace that defies the laws of physics. If you ever need a morning boost, don’t just grab a latte, grab a seat and watch the magic happen. Bravo, Starbucks, bravo!”

I will forever have PTSD. There was a bullet in my latte, and I am allergic to lead. When I complained to the barista, she told me to quickly drink it and get rid of the evidence. I chugged that BIG GULP and left and took a poop in the drive-thru. I order a new dog toy in the drive thru but it was declined. I will never come back and I hope you guys get what you deserve!

The baristas are consistently friendly and efficient here. This location was remolded several months ago and it looks great but there is one MAJOR flaw that makes me not enjoy coming here anymore. There are no sickening the bathrooms! There’s one trough style sink in a common area between the two restrooms, and it’s the first thing you see when you walk in the front door. When you’re standing at the sink your back is to the front door which is very uncomfortable. Plus anytime uses a hand dryer the noise is deafening throughout the entire cafe, even drowning out the blenders it’s so loud. I really like the staff and the location but this terrible design choice makes me want to avoid this location. Whoever designed this remodel should be fired.
My favorite Starbucks in all of Boise. Great for hanging, doing work and the drinks are always perfect. All the baristas have first class hospitality too????
Parking: Wide lot. Other businesses, occasionally tight on parking, but rarely ever can I not find a spot!
