Wake up kids and check the mobile orders. After waiting 20 minutes I had to ask about my order because I thought something must be wrong. The kids working didn't check the mobile orders. They must not have liked me bringing this to their attention so they had me wait another 10 minutes for my order.... very disappointing ?

So bummed. So so bummed. The last three mobile orders I've had here were such a mess. Once I ordered a non-coffee drink for my young kids, but got coffee drinks. Didn't realize until we got home. Drove back to get the right drinks and not even an apology. The second time, I waited soooo long for our drinks after our pastries came out and it wasn't until I asked about our two drinks that I finally got them. Tried again a couple days ago and we waited 35 minutes for our drinks!!! When I asked about it, I practically got yelled out. When I sat back down, another customer even asked, "Oh no, did she just yell at you for asking about your drinks?" I watched so many people arrive & leave with their drinks before we ever got ours. Maybe it's an app issue & I feel bad for the chaos it's added to the employees lives. I know we're all just doing the best we can. But I won't be back to this location, it's much too stressful.

They make steamers for kids here. Be aware that the only sugar-free they carry is vanilla, and if you indicate it is for your child, they don't reduce the heat unless you explicitly ask, which seems fair. Overall, it was a good experience, though there are no boosters or high chairs.

I ordered a grande iced chai, light ice, and it was a full to the brim with ice. The actual liquid was gone in about 10 swallows. Do better! Don’t charge $6+ for what is essentially a cup of ice.
