Had bad service at the drive through today, Tanner was the one checking me out and he didn’t talk to me once. Simply handed me the thing to pay and my drink. I sat there for like 2 mins waiting to ask for a straw and no one looked or asked if I needed anything. Until Tanner came back with the next persons drink that was behind me and seemed confused I was there. Also asked and paid for a venti and got a grande. I don’t usually write reviews on anything but this genuinely pissed me off.

Was not given the Red Cup because my drink was not “holiday” even though I showed them specifically that the app does include the White Chocolate Mocha as one of the 9 Holiday drinks. They said its an app error and shouldn’t be there. Is that the customer’s fault? No. To make things right they should have given it

The red haired girl with glasses that was doing drive thru today around 5pm was extremely sweet and put stars all over my cup to match my sweater! My drink was also phenomenal!! I’ve gotten the brown sugar shaken espresso dozens of times and this was literally the best. PLEASE give her a raise or promotion. Her customer service skills are an 11/10

Two times this week I stopped by this location and ordered coffee drinks that I've loved for years. However they both tasted like bland, burnt coffee with absolutely no flavor at all. They were extra busy this morning so I'm not even sure if they made my drink correctly! I don't plan on coming here again and spending 5-7$ on a coffee that isn't what I wanted.

Great coffee hang out. Tables outside on the patio are nice. You can get away with a fine tobacco product with your coffee at certain tables.

I am done going to Starbucks. Every time I go here, the drinks are made like crap. For the matcha we were told it's the powders fault the drinks are made bad. And the shaken espresso, you get 3/4 of a drink.... not a good look.
