The worst location! Rude staff. Refused to make me a salted carmel macchiato. She refused to add raspberry to a hot chocolate. If it's not on the menu, they won't make it. No customization allowed. Went to Dutch brothers, don't waste time here just down street great service and no issues making custom drinks!

I usually go to the one in Nampa off of Caldwell blvd. Came here today and my drink was literally AMAZING. I order the same thing everytime, a brown sugar oatmilk with pumpkin cold foam, and when I tell you it was the best one I think I’ve ever had, I mean it. GREAT JOB! And shoutout the man at the drive thru! Very kind:) Thank you!

I get Starbucks every single day, and I’m even a former employee, and I can’t believe what just occurred in this drive thru. The coffee I was given did not have enough cream in it and I asked for them to add more cream. I was told they were not allowed to use more than 4 ounces of cream or they were going to have to charge me, and she proceeded to charge me another $.74 to add appropriate amount of cream to my coffee. More than a splash of cream in there to begin with.
Apparently this is now how Starbucks treats their dedicated customers

Really frustrated and brushed off by both baristas today. I always use the app to make sure my order is clear. However today I needed to use cash so I spoke my order. The total was not what I’ve always paid for the last Lord knows how many years. So I asked if she could make sure she got it didn’t. Some other barista came in and cut me off and said “yep it right, see ya at the window”.
I drove up and said I’ve always paid $8 for my coffee and there’s no way it’s only $5. She didn’t know what to do and brushed it off. Lo and behold I took the coffee and bif shocker … my coffee is wrong!
I understand how people can wear on you day in and day out. However it is as unacceptable to be brushed off. When I know 100% what I’m ordering. It was so angering. And

My wife and I just walked out of this location. We had walked in, the lobby was empty, the staff was much too busy talking among themselves and dealing with all the other online and drive through orders and we waited a long time to even be acknowledged, after that they never came back to take our order, wasting our time. This was both rude and incompetent. Apparently their manager was asleep during customer service classes.

the coffee is bad but i think all coffee is bad. the only thing i used to get there is the chai tea, but i cant drink caffeine anymore. i dont like their hot chocolate and the whipped cream tastes like chemicals. and their non cafeinated iced drinks which amount to about 2 , taste like a bunch of syrup and that beaver butt juice... maybe they need to start selling smoothies that have no frozen ingredients or extra sugar.. just ice for coldness. i cant stand frozen fruits and veggies, they have a taste of alcohol.
their lower carb food is hit or miss...and their breakfasts sandwhiches are super bland and boring. the only semi good ones are the croissant one and the bacon gouda one. get rid of those wraps, they are too hi in carb and tastes pretty lame.
however, their service is always excellent and the people that work there try really hard to be fast and friendly all the time. but they need more sugar free options. and i would love more caffeine free options and they need to have all natural ingredients cuz that whipped cream is awful. i think people are tryna be more healthy in america and starbucks is no longer within a lot of peoples health and quality standards. their hard boiled eggs are pretty terrible tbh... they may have been better at one point. and the bacon egg bites have a terrible soured milk taste. but i still am rooting for starbucks. the ones in europe and the uk are much better imo. the american locations are giping us !

Very disappointed everytime I go to this location but it’s the one next to my work but I try to go somewhere else if I can. I had a free drink, and ordered an iced coffeee with a splash of half and half A SPLASh, not half the cup full. I don’t understand how an iced coffee can turn into such a disaster when it’s one of the most simplest drinks to make even if you do add-ons, it should never look like this or taste like this. I almost wish that they would wait to add the creamer until you pick it up at the window seeing as they don’t know how to gauge with a splash is. It looks like a chai, and it tastes awful.

Got my order wrong today. I frequent this location cause it's on my way home as I jump on the freeway. I didn't realized how gross my coffee was till I was already on the freeway and headed back home to Mountain Home. Not very happy this morning!!!
