I’m only leaving a review because this place is poorly managed or at the very least whoever is in charge is schedules is not doing a good job. The service is always good but in the mornings when it’s busy only one person is on staff. And it always seems to be the newest hire left to try and struggle through a huge line of people. This is completely unfair to your employees.
The young man who has been working the mornings the last couple of weeks should be commended for keeping such a good attitude and putting in great effort while being completely left to flounder on his own. He’s not the only one who I’ve seen stuck in this position either. Having to take regular orders and mobile orders, making drinks and food, ringing up customers, restocking the fridge, cleaning the equipment, etc.
Management should be ashamed of this. They say that youth not wanting to work is the problem, I think the biggest problem is gross mismanagement at this particular Starbucks.

I stopped here after shopping and got a gift card and a couple drinks. I will NEVER go back to this location. I ordered a large pink drink with no ice and no berries. I was informed the cup wouldn't be full (never have been told this before) and a frap with whip cream. Well pink drink was half full... I didn't know I got a medium for $6 lmao. The. The frap had no whip cream and wasn't even fully blended. Even felt rushed to order. The 2 making the drinks were too busy talking about wanting to wrestle than making a couple drink. Worst starbucks around!

I was just informed that you can’t order a pup cup unless your dog is present, which he was, he was just shopping with my partner. When I asked why, I was told it was because they didn’t have a drive thru. Guess I won’t be using this Starbucks any longer, can’t show up empty handed when he stays home.

Was there today at 11:30 AM. Two female baristas. One was on her phone. The other was making a drink. I was standing at the counter. Waited a few minutes. Neither one acknowledged me. Neither one said, ‘I will be with you in a moment.’ Seriously unprofessional. After standing there and patiently waiting, I walked off. Rude.

Very beautiful atmosphere and setting! Nice vibes! We had a chocolate chip frappuccino and a latte! Both were delicious! Very friendly staff! Good service! It is highly recommended!!!

The make up girl gets my coffee her make up. So maybe is time to put less make up. I’m a men and I don’t do make ups in my coffee. Also know how to make coffee proper way.

Way over priced and they serve burnt coffee and that's for Starbucks every where! Do your selves a favor folks and try a Dutch Brothers - they have great coffee(s) and great prices!
