Your blonde roast doesn’t taste like blonde roast. 2 times in a row. First time I didn’t specify blonde roast on a menu item that has blonde roast in it. The second time I did specify blonde roast and still didn’t get it. Didn’t have time go back and fix it.

Bought $50 worth of drinks to complete Starbucks rewards points- they told us they can’t scan the QR code but we will get the points if they scan the barcode. We did not receive the points for our order.

The coffee lately has been very watered down and no flavor! I order americanos, they should not taste like water.

Definitely not as good as most Starbucks. The frappes are usually watery and the coffee just not the quality at most location. It’s in a grocery store at the end of the checkout lines, so not much for atmosphere, which isn’t why I stop at Starbucks anyway.

Worst espresso & worst Americano my wife and I have ever had. Barista was talking to her co-worker about sitting down to a cup of hot chocolate on the porch. That's hot chocolate, not espesso. That was a warning sign we missed. Truly awful. Wow. We were a few miles down the highway before we discoved the yuck. Too late for us. You're warned.
