I was greeted instantly by three very nice ladies and they took my order perfectly. I had not even made it over to my table to sit down and they already had my drink ready!! Amazing! Fastest Starbucks ever!!

I stood at the pickup counter this morning without any acknowledgement for about 5 minutes before I finally said something to the girl behind the counter to ask about a pickup order. She goes over to a counter of random drinks & food digging around, puts together another persons order & hands it to me.I let her know & she tells me it'll be done soon. I'm like, do you have the order in your system though? She brushed me off & finally the order came up. They were not busy. Horrible customer service.

7:04pm, Sun, Dec 31, 2023: Starbucks @Target employee cleaned for 5 minutes in front of us while we stood there waiting to order. She didn't say a word or acknowledge our presence the entire time so we decided to just ask her if its still open (which it was) and her response was, she turned around with a look of disgust and yelled at us "you'll have to JUST WAIT A MINUTE!" and so we walked out. This is NOT the first time this same employee did this to us as customers. We will be reporting this to Target Management, as well as Starbucks Management. We come here ALL the time and everybody is nice except this one person. Because of her and her TERRIBLE attitude and treatment towards us, we will no longer be returning. Somebody who can't stand their job and hates interacting with customers DOES NOT DESERVE TO WORK HERE. This. IS. UNACCEPTABLE.

Horrible experience any time I have gone. My drink is never made correctly. I received hot water in an iced americano and it was warm/tasted like water. I tired to go back through to have a new drink made and waited 10 mins in the line without moving, decided to leave.

The workers were the slowest I have ever seen in coffee. I had the Carmel crunch ribbon cream Frappuccino. First I got mine with coffee mix instead of cream. Coffee gives me headaches so that is why I specified no coffee. Then the cup was mostly filled with whipped cream, there was a big air pocket in the cream, and very little Frappuccino mix. Terrible experience!
