I am very disappointed to hear about the new policy. No cups of ice without the purchase of a drink. I was having an issue with my health. I have heart failure and I am diabetic. I must have been dehydrated and in need for a cool down. I was told no. I'm sure this is a new policy. It IS DISAPPOINTING. I continued to do my shopping and by the time I was done, I was having dizziness and an event. I almost fell down. I did get to customer service and asked for a cup of ice... after distress of going against company policy, they got me some. Now everyone is stressed. I sat in the eatery an sipped my ICE WATER until I felt stable. Bad policy. Bad choice to enforce. Bad bad bad. Thank you Albertsons customer service for helping me. I found that the baristas seemed a little rude or off putting, and I understand it’s a chain coffee shop but I wish they had drink stoppers or bags or something to make it easier to carry the drinks, especially when we’ve ordered a large amount of beverages and it’s extremely challenging try to shuffle those around safely in a car :(

I hate when I type in Starbucks on my Google maps in a town I don't know and they give you a grocery store (Alberstons in this case) they don't carry half the stuff...then don't call it a Starbucks...maybe "Starbucks light".
