Tried to get a cup of coffee, and whatever they gave me was terrible. I took it back in and asked if they could add more to it, or make it better somehow and their response was ' it needs to be stirred'. After it was stirred it was still absolutely terrible, and when I asked if they could remake it, their answer was ' That's what you ordered'.... Never be back, terrible coffee, terrible people, terrible service, and no one cares

Right as we ordered there was a verry berry nice man that Awnsered.we came to the door and it was a Thursday so we got 50%off .they forgot to get the half of one one of my drinks so I kindly asked if they could just fix that and he was so kind and said so sorry and he was about to change it when he was like actually I’m going to give you everything for free.i said ig you really don’t have to and he said to bad It’s already free.i was so grate full,he even gave us the largest size of all my drinks!!he is so nice and it really made my daughter happy

I frequent this location about once per week while my daughter is in an appointment. Today, I need to comment on how great the service and atmosphere seemed to be. I noticed how friendly the partners were, from connecting with an elderly man working on his computer to a young 20-something woman excited for an upcoming event. The music was retro and upbeat. This definitely set a fun and happy tone for my day.

Drinks are as expected for Starbucks. Bacon, sausage egg potato wrap is bland, neutral tasting carrier for your favorite hot sauce, otherwise it makes a poo. Double smoked bacon is good. It’s a bit distressing to see a bunch of flies buzzing around the pickup area…especially this time of year. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the place.

This is a small, typical Starbucks. The service is great and the drinks are what you expect. Although small and not particularly comfortable, there are small areas to sit and it was clean.

The staff was absolutely the unfriendly group of baristas at any Starbucks I have ever been too. They didn't welcome us when we entered and I waited for someone to acknowledge we were even standing there. We finally had to stop one of the girls working there to ask them a question and they all knew that we were there and one point every barista looked at us and said nothing. Definitely the rudest and stuck up attitudes hands down. Wouldn't visit this Starbucks again

Sad to report, but horrible experience today. I ordered 2 drinks ahead of time. I waited in the store which was not busy at all for 10 minutes and finally asked for status and was abruptly told "we're working on it". At 15 minutes I asked again only to find they hadn't pulled the ticket for the 2nd drink. No apologies and my $6 iced cold brew was watery. Horrible service. How is it that "I" am the one who said thank you when leaving? Meanwhile, cars were pouring through the drive thru bring served. Total waste of my time and money.
I love this Starbucks particularly because the older man in the drive through is so sweet and funny and my order is always consistent and tastes delicious.

Every time I come to this location mydrink never taste like it should, unfortunately it’s the only one by my work, and it’s usually tolerable. This morning I got a 2 sweet cream cold brew and there is no sweet cream in it, it’s just brown, has no flavor. Didn’t notice till I got to work and went to mix it up and there was nothing to mix. Very disappointing when this is my weekly treat to myself.
