Consistently Disappointing

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for months, but in the last six months, my orders have been messed up repeatedly. This morning, I paid $7 for a latte that had no coffee in it — just lukewarm milk. It's frustrating to keep paying for mistakes. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll keep coming back.

This Starbys is on my way to work and treatment. Stopping here is so convenient. Today we stopped in for a drink and some breakfast goodies.

I go on Pinterest to find unique drinks. Today's drink was the Gummy Bear. The barista helped me get my drink ordered and also got two ham and cheese croissants warmed up. The barista was nice. She helped me modify my drink since they didn't have one of the ingredients anymore.

There were quite a few people working but my drink seemed to take forever to make. It was really busy so I don't know what the hold up was. The thing about Starbucks is their customer service is so inconsistent depending on the barista. Some of them are so nice and then some are so blahh.

I finally got my drink and I made my way out of the door. My croissant was nice and hot. The cheese was melty. The croissant was buttery and soft. The drink was ok. The classic pink drink is always a winner but this modified version was different. It was good but I probably won't get it again.

Used to be my favorite location with my favorite baristas. Things have been going downhill with frequent order mix ups. This morning I ordered a venti drip in the drive thru. When I got home and looked at the drink, realized there was no coffee in it at all. Just hot water and cream. Which is so bad I laughed. But ultimately I’ve spent over half an hour with Starbucks corporate customer service trying to get a refund for my coffee that had no coffee. No longer have faith in the brand and especially not this location.

I have been coming into this store for quite sometime and as a paying customer I have seen questionable behavior from the older supervisors (I am assuming) yelling at the younger ones so I refuse to come in anymore however still use the drive thru.Today I came in and the girls were so sweet especially Maria! I came in today with my dogs got my coffee and she gave me to pup cups out of surprise (without me asking for any). Keep up the good work girl!

We like Starbucks... The consistency... normally great customer service & you always know what you're going to get. This one is the exception. Pretty terrible customer service. Longest wait time, (20 min. For 1 iced latte). Mediocre food. Will avoid in the future. Lots of room for improvement.

This location shows absolutely dismal customer service and no pep or drive to bring quality in service or product. No greeting or acknowledgment that a paying customer is even there. Staff are sullen and border on rude. As a frequent customer at this location for convenience alone, even the convenience isn't worth the soul sucking atmosphere. Placing people in your business where they will be successful is paramount, this has been completely overlooked, and this is evident here. Courteous, friendly, and happy people should be placed on the customer facing side of a customer service business. This location is sorely lacking here.

I'm actually in this store right now. I have been waiting on a single drink for about 20 minutes. I guess those who actually walk into the store are a much lower priority than those in the drive through. In my very rare visit to starbucks this is my experience. There is other good, or better, coffee in the valley. I'll be trying that next time.

drive-through lady was rude and very dismissive. Ordered a simple coffee and she didn’t have it made correct at the window. And she didn’t ask me what kind of auger I wanted and didn’t even give me a chance to tell me her…. $5 later I have some nasty ish she made. I would go back but im in a rush

Parking: Easy lot. Could get tricky as the drive thru line builds up.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks multiple times and have always had great service but I had this one girl I think her name was Hannah… serve my wife and I and it was not a good experience. She was very snappy and seemed very hostile towards not just us but the other baristas that I’m familiar with, other than that we used to love this Starbucks, might be time to order from a new location if this is the type of people they let work here!

This particular location only gets my drink right 1 in every about 5 times. They never take too long, but 90% of the time the baristas working the drive through are clueless. Today both my food was burnt but I was hungry enough to eat it. My coffee though… smelled and tasted so incredibly bad I couldn’t get more than 2 sips and then had to drink water to get the taste out of my mouth. It tasted more like straight burnt black coffee with a splash of peppermint instead of a peppermint mocha.
