I’ve gone to this Starbucks multiple times and have always had great service but I had this one girl I think her name was Hannah… serve my wife and I and it was not a good experience. She was very snappy and seemed very hostile towards not just us but the other baristas that I’m familiar with, other than that we used to love this Starbucks, might be time to order from a new location if this is the type of people they let work here!

Usually, this place has good service, but ordering doordash they seem not to care about giving you what you ordered.I recently ordered a Gouda bacon egg sandwich and only received an egg with a piece of bread thrown in a bag. Seems like an employee needs training or fired. To toss my breakfast sandwich, with missing ingredients in a bag like garbage is unacceptable. Someone owes me a Gouda bacon egg breakfast sandwich. I didn't pay $6.95 for a piece of bread and a cold egg.peppermint mocha is my favorite, but since they no longer have this, I order a Cafe Mocha and add my own peppermint syrup. I recommend walking in or drive through. ?
The staff is great. Management there is so nice and they always make your drink to your liking.

This one had a little bit more of a GENUINE feeling of a personal touch. Starbucks is so big, and really good, and sometimes they got a crew at a shop that just is giving and living the best coffee life. This is that spot in Boise. ?

This particular location only gets my drink right 1 in every about 5 times. They never take too long, but 90% of the time the baristas working the drive through are clueless. Today both my food was burnt but I was hungry enough to eat it. My coffee though… smelled and tasted so incredibly bad I couldn’t get more than 2 sips and then had to drink water to get the taste out of my mouth. It tasted more like straight burnt black coffee with a splash of peppermint instead of a peppermint mocha.

This location has an atmosphere of friendship among the staff and cheerful aura either walking in to order or in the drive thru. Keep up the amazing attitudes!

This Starbucks is within walking distance for us. Service is speedy and professional, friendly faces for sure. It's always very clean...We enjoy sitting outside with our pup when weather permits. Desserts are good, other food just ok cuz pretty sure trucked in and microwaved...over priced for what you get, but if you need something quick, they have some good choices. While inside, you can ask for a sample of a beverage if you aren't sure you'd enjoy it! Super fun.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Lots of non-caffinated choices.
