Sarah really helped me out today when my husband accidentally took my keys and I wasn’t able to pick up my order. I called to cancel and she said I could come in on Monday to get it instead. I really needed my coffee this morning and I placed an order for just some of the items to be delivered and she sent it all! So so helpful and kind. I really appreciated it.

Only time I didn't like this Starbucks is when they overfilled my coffee cup and I spilled it on me. I tell them now don't overfill it. Bad experiences stick with you . But honestly I've been going here for over a decade and that's the only one I've had. I just take the place for granted . But they are always clean and the workers are always friendly. And you know the thing about a franchise is flavors are dependable and steady which is what we like.

My daughter ordered a coffee drink with personal cup and every time I pick it up for her they give it to me in a paper cup. The cup is so full it is impossible to transfer the coffee to the personal cup until I get home. Makes it very inconvenient. I will not be returning to this location ever again.
The ladies who work there are SO sweet!!They recommended a great drink and when I left they said bye and remembered my name.

Coffee is Starbucks, so it's predictable. But the bathrooms here are disgusting. I mean DISGUSTING. The build up of grime on the toilet, floor, walls, and sink indicates that the employees are not regularly and thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms. And it's both bathrooms. I checked. I would've been better off driving down to the Maverick gas station. I won't stop here again. If they can't keep the bathroom clean, are they really keeping their coffee/food prep space clean??

I ordered my mobile order before going through the drive through. The young man at the speaker asked if I just placed the order a couple minutes ago. When I confirmed I did, he said “can you not do that,” with a condescending attitude. Gal at the window who refunded me had no issue with his attitude. There’s a great Dutch Bros™ down the street so I will just go there now.
