Picked up a DoorDash and there was no drink stoppers on the drinks therefor one of the drinks was leaking in the bag I would appreciate a fix on this issue

My daughter ordered a coffee drink with personal cup and every time I pick it up for her they give it to me in a paper cup. The cup is so full it is impossible to transfer the coffee to the personal cup until I get home. Makes it very inconvenient. I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Coffee is Starbucks, so it's predictable. But the bathrooms here are disgusting. I mean DISGUSTING. The build up of grime on the toilet, floor, walls, and sink indicates that the employees are not regularly and thoroughly cleaning the bathrooms. And it's both bathrooms. I checked. I would've been better off driving down to the Maverick gas station. I won't stop here again. If they can't keep the bathroom clean, are they really keeping their coffee/food prep space clean??

I ordered my mobile order before going through the drive through. The young man at the speaker asked if I just placed the order a couple minutes ago. When I confirmed I did, he said “can you not do that,” with a condescending attitude. Gal at the window who refunded me had no issue with his attitude. There’s a great Dutch Bros™ down the street so I will just go there now.

Two times my coffee was messed upI was waiting for just regular black coffee for 15 min and they made my coffee finally but to top it all off they out milk and creamer in it. This wasn’t the only bad experience ive had here, safe to say i wont be coming back.

Unbelievably rude. Ordered 9 dollars worth of basically just milk and shots when it came out looking off or not how I usually get it at my typical store I simply asked to have it remade. Employee was completely rude and condescending and wouldn't do it. Literally stated " Everytime YOU come in you have us remake a drink.... DOES it make you FEEL BETTER having us redo a drink for you?????? Because Literally your drink is fine... bye thank you... left completely discouraged and almost wanting to tear up and drink was terrible and not what I was waiting for all day. This location is terrible.
