I have yet to stop by this Starbucks so I made my way in for my afternoon caffeinated beverage. It's a real nice venue, conveniently on Fairview. The venue is really big. It had quite a few tables to hang out or do work while you're there. I appreciate the brightness of this location. Feels good to have the warm sun shining through the windows in a cold fall day.
The barista that took my order wasn't nice but wasn't rude. She was mehhhh. She took my order and wasn't really social. I ordered a grande iced coffee with sugar free vanilla and room for cream.
My iced coffee wasn't really iced. They attempted to make iced coffee by pouring hot coffee or espresso over ice. But the time my drink was done, all my ice was pretty much melted. I would have rather been told that they technically don't have cold iced coffee vs getting what I got. I could have ordered an iced americano instead of getting this watered down coffee.
The one thing I appreciate about Starbucks is their consistency. Their consistency in product, customer service and pretty venues. But today's visit didn't deliver in customer service or product. Nothing like being highly disappointed in something that you look forward to. Sad to leave such a negative review for a beautiful pretty location. I don't see myself coming back. I'll drive the couple extra miles to get to the next Starbucks to grab my drink next time.

Very friendly staff! Nice atmosphere and vibes ! You can have a conversation easily the music is not loud! I had a drip coffee Verona blend and it was so good! It’s recommended!!!

Sarah really helped me out today when my husband accidentally took my keys and I wasn’t able to pick up my order. I called to cancel and she said I could come in on Monday to get it instead. I really needed my coffee this morning and I placed an order for just some of the items to be delivered and she sent it all! So so helpful and kind. I really appreciated it.
Only time I didn't like this Starbucks is when they overfilled my coffee cup and I spilled it on me. I tell them now don't overfill it. Bad experiences stick with you . But honestly I've been going here for over a decade and that's the only one I've had. I just take the place for granted . But they are always clean and the workers are always friendly. And you know the thing about a franchise is flavors are dependable and steady which is what we like.

My 2 years old thirsty i ask for half cup of water he refuses to give me unless i buy something, really what do you guys think about this service Every restaurant in boise will give me free kids water I will not buy from this location again

Picked up a DoorDash and there was no drink stoppers on the drinks therefor one of the drinks was leaking in the bag I would appreciate a fix on this issue
