Really terrible customer service today when my husband and I went in. I ordered a black tea with a little cream and one sugar. When I took the lid off the drink it was basically all white and had way too much milk in it. I asked one of the servers to please correct it and get me the right drink I've been ordering those there for years. The receipt was correct but not the drink that I got. I got the same drink again. Asked a different server to please fix my order since I think the first person was new. This time I just ordered a black tea with one sugar to simplify things. Got the right order and was offered some cream on the side which I took. There was no apology there was no offer of a refund which would have been automatic years ago. An apology doesn't cost anything and it's a standard in any kind of customer service. Starbucks is really sunk pretty low when it comes to customer service anymore. Their windows were all so really really filthy and need to be washed. The bathrooms have always been dirty sadly don't know why. Maybe time to review customer service policies? There's plenty of other non-starbucks in Boise to choose from that make their own goods and have excellent drinks

Make sure you say your drink order correctly or they will overcharge you on purpose. Specifically if you don’t tell them to substitute flavors they will charge you for an add on and not fix it when you get to the window and ask why it seems more expensive than it should be

I'm always amazed at the low priority they put on walk-ins. They had drinks stacked up for Door Dash and whatever else, almost no one else inside and I waited at least 10 minutes for my wife's coffee. I finally had to ask if it was going to be much longer because I had to leave. Unbelievably bad service inside.

I got a free large coffee for by birthday. I chose the iced pumpkin spice latte! It was delicious. I enjoyed while listening to the band Lauren and the Nostalgics which happened to be playing at the Albertsons where the Starbucks I went to was located! Great way to celebrate my birthday!

got there at 7:57 and they closed at 8. not surprised they ignored me at the drive thru until 8 but ive never really had a good experience at starbucks. when i was working in the food industry we had to take customers up until close. there was another vehicle behind mine also waiting while they served the vehicle in front of us. i know your drive thru machine doesnt magically stop working before 8. my vehicle had a party of 5 people. if you multiply a standard overpriced starbucks drink of at least $8 by 5 thats $40 a vehicle that your lazy employees are turning away every single day.
