Our recent visit to Starbucks in Boise, Idaho was an absolute delight, and it’s all thanks to the fantastic service provided by Mark. This visit was truly the cherry (or should I say pineapple?) on top of our week!
I opted for the iced pineapple passion fruit drink, and let me tell you, it was a tropical fiesta in my mouth.
Mark’s service was impeccable. He was friendly, quick, and somehow managed to make the whole experience feel like a mini-vacation. His suggestion of the pineapple passion fruit drink was spot-on, and his enthusiasm was contagious. It’s clear he’s the star in Starbucks, Boise.

I went in to get a short cup of syrup for my drink like I’ve done countless times and this time some 300 pound excuse of a manager decided that their store had special privileges and didn’t feel the need to serve the community like the rest of your businesses

Lady who made my drink was very rude and made my drink wrong twice. The first time it was with oat milk and the second the cup was all the way full of ice. When I told her I had ordered light ice she scooped it out infront of me with an attitude and handed me a half full cup. I have been ordering the same drink from Starbucks for 3 years that I’ve been working next door and never once has this happened. I paid 8$ for a venti drink and got half a cup.

My drink was underpoured (about an inch off the top) and the top was completely doused in cinnamon. I've never had a brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso like it. Sad that i paid with a 10 dollar bill and told them to keep the change, and put an extra couple dollars in the tip jar.
