I like Starbucks as a whole because they have good coffee and usually good atmosphere and service. One thing I have always liked was that they, as a company, never openly promoted their political opinions as many people differ on those subjects. But today I went into this location and there was a flag hanging at the counter that was kind of disturbing. I don't think I'll come back to this location if they are going to continue this.

I was having a terrible day for just about every reason, just prior to going to this location I was refused service for dinner because I had a service animal, I had no spoons left and I pulled up and ordered a drink and the phenomenal barista Must have just read it on my face, because my credit card was compromised and So the one attached to the Starbucks account Was no longer valid, and the employee just gave me the drink and told me to have a great day. This was a bad bad day and an employee working at this location at 7pm on a Monday night restored what little faith I had in humanity today.

Ordered an iced matcha and it tasted just straight like milk. Paid $7 for it too. Incredible disappointed and mad. The girl working also seemed put out to be working, really made me feel like a nuisance for ordering…….. 1/10 star experience. Will not be back to this location ever again.

WOW, for the money you pay at Starbucks you would think they would be slightly courteous but rude is an understatement. The girl at the register ignored my questions was rude and acted ugly to the customers behind me. It was so flagrant I thought maybe someone was doing a prank video or something. The drinks were fine the sandwich was adequate the staff awful. Dutch Bros just got a new customer.

Honestly, I'll order a coffee and ask for oat milk or almond but 9 times out of ten they'll just put regular milk... Sucks cuz I can't drink regular milk ?? but Yea so if ya want something other than regular milk just go to dutch bros

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks this morning around 6:30 AM. My friend and I had just ordered our coffees when we discovered a fly inside the pastry display case, contaminating the food as it moved from one pastry to another. When we brought this to the attention of the barista, our concerns were dismissed, and no action was taken to address the hygiene issue.
The lack of response and apparent disregard for food safety standards were not only unprofessional but also left us feeling unheard and unvalued as customers. Such negligence is unacceptable in a food service environment, where cleanliness should be a top priority. Due to this experience, my friend and I are compelled to take our business elsewhere and cannot recommend this location.
3 PM drive thru Barista needs more finesse and better listening skills. Gave wrong coffee with a touch of attitude.Most often this location at Vista is wonderful!Thanks

Why is it this Starbucks likes to argue thinking they are right? Other Starbucks don’t argue with me. I told them there is no caramel drizzle in the cup. The girl asked if I tried it. I clearly see it no caramel at all. I said forget it and took the drink. I taste it and ofc no caramel like i said. From now on im just gonna go to Albertsons Starbucks.
