Like 'em or hate 'em - most stores have the new Clover Vertica machines -- this store does not and still does coffee the original way which we love! However, their pour-overs are spot-on as well! My colleague, wife, and I go for coffee weekly and this is our new favorite spot. Sydney, Matt and Megan are awesome and so accomodating.....even brewing coffee for us after the AM coffee has been long-dumped. Thank you all for all of your great work, excellent customer service and friendly faces each week!

The service was great, and always is. However, in the past 2 weeks (I go 1-2x/wk) they have made my drink wrong 3 times. I go on my way to work so I don't usually have time to go back through the line or return the drink. I'm disappointed that this is such a regular thing. I get the same exact drink each time. I understand how busy they are, I used to be a barista. I just sucks that they don't seem to pay attention.

Usually have a good experience, but when it’s busy the drive-thru is stressful! Please, for the love of God, close one of the entrances during busy times. It gets confusing and cutting inevitably happens. Don’t put people who haven’t had their coffee yet in that position, and this place would be great.

The service was very blunt, did not say hi how are you, which is fine but just said what do you want was a little weird. What actually got me upset was my tomato and mozzarella focaccia was frozen, and I used all my points on it. Not even heated and the mozzarella was falling all over my car. Worst location I have been to.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. I’m from the Seattle metro and was impressed by the level of service at this store. It’s clear that the hiring manager knows what they’re doing. I spent over a week in Boise to be at the hospital with my mom who’s battling terminal cancer. I swung by each morning for breakfast and some sense of familiarity. There is always a line at the drive thru but it moves at lightning speed. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, engaging and driven to go the extra mile. Every. Single. Day. I’ve never been to a better Starbucks location. Thank you for your service, it makes a difference!

Service was great as always, and drinks and food met expectations. The bathroom was filthy, however, and floors and many tables needed cleaned. We stopped in about 730 and it wasn't super busy. Perhaps there had been a morning rush.

Love this Starbucks, come everyday and get the same order without any difficulties. Today however I had a really negative experience. Emilia at the window was cold from the start. When scanning my phone she refused to stick her hand out the window and made me physically move. Then upon getting our drinks I knew from the start that it was visually wrong and expressed this, she told me it wasn’t wrong and made me feel uncomfortable asking her to remake it. This was overall very disappointing because my coffee is the only consistent thing in my life and she ruined it for me.
