I went through the drive thru ordered a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It was terrible didn’t taste good at all. When I called they said come back in and we will get you a new one. The new one is the BEST Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew I’ve ever had. It was amazing.

Most baristas are great; there is one, in particular, that makes the worst drinks. More training or letting her go would be ideal. Every single time I visit while she's working window, the drinks are awful! I'll get the name next time I see her. Was just there, on Tuesday, July 29th at 815 and the drink is not right.

Coffee is always fresh. This location is my favorite.
I want to give the crew at this location some props. I have a caffeine sensitivity that triggers migraines so I have to order decaf. The coffees I get here are consistently perfect and I never get migraines. Every other coffee shop I've tried in town gives me a migraine. Thank you so much for being a safe place for me to get my coffee fix!
Like 'em or hate 'em - most stores have the new Clover Vertica machines -- this store does not and still does coffee the original way which we love! However, their pour-overs are spot-on as well! My colleague, wife, and I go for coffee weekly and this is our new favorite spot. Sydney, Matt and Megan are awesome and so accomodating.....even brewing coffee for us after the AM coffee has been long-dumped. Thank you all for all of your great work, excellent customer service and friendly faces each week!

An employee with red hair has provided horrendous customer service, multiple times. It makes the drive-through experience terrible. She tried to apply my birthday reward, and failed to do so…..among other errors. Further training seems essential…

The service was great, and always is. However, in the past 2 weeks (I go 1-2x/wk) they have made my drink wrong 3 times. I go on my way to work so I don't usually have time to go back through the line or return the drink. I'm disappointed that this is such a regular thing. I get the same exact drink each time. I understand how busy they are, I used to be a barista. I just sucks that they don't seem to pay attention.
