The staff are amazing my wife was having a bad day of missing lives ones and she showed up and they cheerd her up for a free drink and they always give us pup cups I would drive 20miles to just go to there Starbucks good cool

Unpleasant. I used a gift card to pay for my order, the barista gave me a condescending look when I handed it to her. But what she does not know is that I had put money onto that card to budget my Starbucks spending per month. I'm not sure if she just thought I was cheap or what. On top of that she was very slow, no hate, but she asked me to repeat my order multiple times throughout the process. I had told her ahead of time that I had the rewards app, and she nodded. Then when I had finished ordering I held up my QR code and all I received was a blank stare. I asked if I could scan my points and she just said no. I know for a fact that you can still scan for points when using a gift card, I do it every day at the overland location!!!I had been to this location once before, and the same barista (Carol I believe) took almost 15 minutes to make this lady one drink because she was chatting with her co-workers in Fred Meyer. I ended up not being able to order because getting a coffee should not take more than 10 minutes PERIOD. Would have loved to give this location the benefit of doubt but my experience was worse than my first visit. I love Starbucks but in my area I will start to go to dutch brothers across the street. Not worth my time or money.
