We love this Starbucks because of the atmosphere and the friendly staff! Angela goes above and beyond and takes care of me and my daughter every time. We just love her so much!

Went to this Starbucks. They refused to write Charlie on the cup — probably afraid it would make the tea too powerful. My friend ordered a drink and they put her name on my cup. Sad! The manager Angela looked triggered, the drink tasted like CNN, and the vibe? Very low energy. I’ve had better drinks at the gas station.Total joke. Should’ve gone to Dunkin’ — they respect winners.

In a word?!? Angela happened to this place. Leaving this review and then off to phone corporate since Angela is on a power hungry trip. Her attitude was disgusting. As I have a Retail Management degree, she would have been an employee of mine for literally one day. I had intent to purchase coffee after I finished my pizza. I was told that would be fine by the next door pizza shop as it was cold out and intended to purchase coffee and leave a good tip like I always do… however, she took it upon herself to approach us and state per health codes by Starbucks I wasn’t allowed to eat my pizza. Won’t be back!!! She must suck on lemons during her shift.. and perhaps would be better suited to cleaning restrooms or something… let alone being a barista and the manager at that?! Yikes!! Avoid like the plague!!! Did ask other people sitting there if they had to purchase food as they hadn’t purchased anything. No drinks … nothing.. but good ole Angela is on it… corporate.. expect a phone call from me…😘

The dullest baristas on shift 10-8 at 8:30am. Got helped by MJ (bigger girl w glasses) I believe her name was. Wanted to try an iced pecan but wasn’t too sure if I would like it or not. Her response was literally “if you don’t like it that’s your choice” usually baristas anywhere else would’ve said “if you don’t enjoy your drink we can make you a new one” this place needs better customer service. I asked for my drink to be light ice as well and this was all ice! Nothing compared to the Starbucks off state st.

The Starbucks at Fairview and Cole is my go to and I always have great coffee and great service. Today however, I had a very unpleasant experience concerning the manager Angela and a barista Bailey. Bailey is always very friendly and efficient at her job, she really is a bright spot in my morning. This morning I watched her manager humiliate and belittle her until she reduced her to tears. Bailey carried on with her job as her manager harangued on her In an incredibly unprofessional manner. I have worked with the public for many many years and one thing that I know for sure, it is completely inappropriate for a manager to behave like that out on the floor. If there was a problem, she should’ve taken Bailey aside and spoken with her privately. I really commend Bailey for maintaining and I still got a smile and a thank you, but as far as that manager goes, I wouldn’t walk in the front door if it meant her serving me coffee! Shame on her.

I ordered a large coffee. The girl tell me it’s hot and hands it to me. As she hands it to me the cover comes off spills very hot coffee all over my hands leg and car. The girl hands me 5 napkins and tells me to have a nice day and closes the window. She didn’t offer a new coffee or anything just shut the window. I have blisters on my fingers and my white pants are completely ruined. I have to work all day with coffee stains on my pants and blisters on my fingers.Do better Starbucks a lot better. 😕

Not sure what happened to this location but the quality and customer service has taken a bit of a dip.

This store has been my go to Starbucks for years as I love right around the corner and everything has been great until recently. A month or so ago I placed my usual order for 2 iced lattes, when they handed them to me they were both almost completely white which is not the normal color of a latte. I tasted it and sure enough it just tasted like sweet milk with no coffee, how does this even happen? You guys make these drinks all day, why would you think that was normal and give it to me? Regardless I brought it up and they remade them, the remakes were correct which was great but confused me even further on why I was handed two cups of milk.

Since then I haven't been going to this store as frequently but last weekend I decided to finally give it another shot, big mistake. When I pulled up and received my drinks they were white again, I parked and went inside to get them remade and the employees treated me like I was crazy. One employee mentioned that they could make it in front of me if I didn't believe they made it right which apparently I should have taken her up on because the remade drinks were again almost completely white. I asked them if this is what a typical latte looks like and nobody wanted to give me an answer they just kept looking at each other like I was insane for wanting to actually see and taste coffee in my $6 drink.

At this point the barista asked me to take off the lid and she brought two very watery shots to pour into each drink which I went along with but when that didn't fix the problem I just got a refund as I did not want to sit there and experiment with my drink repeatedly.

After this I went to the Starbucks just down the road on Franklin and ordered the exact same drinks and boom, they were made correctly, they weren't completely white and they actually tasted like coffee.

I have no idea what's going on at this Cole & Fairview location but I am done going there. Perhaps some more/better training, (a normal latte shouldn't look like milk), and equipment maintenance could help.

This place is amazing. Every person that works there treats my mom who is a senior citizen like she is an absolute princess. Every time she goes there it makes her feel so special and it warms my heart to see how they treat her.. They remember her by name and they just talk so sweetly to her and help her. Amazing humans work there. Thank you for caring about my sweet mom.!
