I have never seen someone fill a 20oz cup halfway and charge it as a full 20oz milkshake before, but that is precisely what happened today and I paid over $9 for it even after politely asking whether it was normal for there to be so little in the cup.
I was very disappointed. That was a 12oz, maybe even a 10oz milkshake in a 20oz cup. Selling it as a 20oz drink rather than simply increasing the price is dishonest and bad business practice. I intend to go back at least one more time to take a picture of the product as it is handed to me, because I was more than a little flabbergasted.

I popped into Stella’s late one afternoon on my way home from work, looking to treat myself with a pint of ice cream. I couldn’t decide between my usual go-to flavor of mint chocolate chip, or if I wanted to try something new. I wound up doing both and also got a pint of the All Nighter, a coffee-flavored ice cream. They even had peanut butter PUPsicles so I grabbed one of those for my dog. The gal at the counter (who was super helpful while I asked questions about the ice cream flavors) rang me up and I was on my way. I’m almost (but not entirely) embarrassed to admit that I didn’t make it home before I needed to try a bite of the ice cream. I was in standstill traffic, it was hot, and I had a spoon. Or so I thought. I was already committed at that point so I just took a little bite off the top of the opened pint. And another. And another. It was so good that I ate what I could reach without the use of a spoon, then I had to try the other flavor. Both were so good and creamy that I had to force myself to put the lids back on and save some for my husband. My dog is lucky I didn’t break into his pupsicle. Now to the pupsicle. I gave it to my dog as soon as I got home. His little mind was blown by the surprise treat and I sat on the floor with him, holding the pupsicle as he licked it. He didn’t stop until the ice cream was gone and once it was, he still had the cookie part to eat. He rated it 4 paws up and wants another. I will definitely be back to try all the flavors!
Cute little ice cream shop! We walked in and the staff greeted us with a smile, told us about the new seasonal flavors and let us sample all the ones we were interested in. I almost went for a milkshake but decided on a double scoop after my kids got double scoops and they looked so good. The scoops were HUGE so we had leftovers (yessss!) We also got a doggie ice cream treat for our pup and she loved it. Take home pints were in the freezer in the lobby which I love… I’ll be going back for more to stock in my freezer!
For those with food allergies, they had a whole section of vegan and dairy free flavors.

Pic is of my dog and the pupsicle; I wish I thought to take a picture of what I did to those pints while stuck in traffic. I will definitely be back to try all the flavors.

I love Stella’s, it’s one of my favorite spots, I took my family here during parents weekend though and the girl with brown curly hair was so incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a single scoop instead of a double. It was a mistake made by both parties but im not sure why we got treated so rudely and watched her roll her eyes at us to her coworker. Super disappointed :(

The Stella’s off of State Street in Boise is the best place to go for ice cream in the treasure valley! Before I even got my delicious treat, I walked in and instantly was blessed with smiling faces and a welcoming atmosphere. Even the inside smells like mouthwatering cookies, which I soon learned are baked in store everyday! ? I was so impressed with the quality of the ice cream I got for such a great price! Pictured above is a single scoop of Rocky Road topped with a special marshmallow creme, chocolate sauce, and shaved almonds! ?It was so incredibly wonderful and you will definitely catch me back at this lovely ice cream shop!

Our family absolutely loves Stella’s ice cream! Each time we’ve gone in, we’ve had great customer service, delicious dessert, and an overall great time. The ice cream is just the best and the brownies are to die for! We’re excited to try the party packs for some birthdays coming up and look forward to our next stop in.

First time stopping in at Stella's and what a treat! The kids LOVED the cones (sprinkle coated) and my youngest who oddly isn't a huge fan of ice cream - was the first to finish! He nearly inhaled it, lol. The hubster was happy and I was stoked to have a gluten free waffle cone (they make them in house, fresh every morning) and sooo many dairy free options. We will for sure be back!
