Shoot. What can I say. I walked in and it was everything I ever wanted in an ice creamery. They had ice cream, topping, puppy ice cream. You name it Stella’s got it. Staff is friendly and knowledgable in ice creamology as well!
First time here. Tons of dairy free flavors, the cutest mini kids cones, and fresh waffle cones made in house! And especially surprised and so thrilled with their Mother’s Day special. You guys rock!!!
Had an excellent experience at Stella’s Ice Cream in Boise! A staff member named Ariel was incredibly helpful—she walked me through all the gluten-free options (which are surprisingly plentiful here). The service was A+ and the ice cream itself? Easily a 10/10. Can’t wait to come back!
I walked in having a bad night and ordered a milkshake, Jasey was her name and she was very kind and always had a smile on her face! She brightened my night up and made me very happy!

The birthday cake ice cream is my favorite however I did try their brown sugar Pop-Tart ice cream the other day, omg! So good!
We absolutely loved Stella’s from the moment we walked in. Most friendly staff, superior ice cream, new flavors, dairy free options that are DIVINE… such a cute spot! It’s our new go to!

We came to Stella’s Ice cream on State street to try a waffle cone with sprinkles and we were not disappointed! The staff were friendly, and the ice-cream delicious! 🤤 Will be back to this fun place!
Great location for me, open long hours and have the friendliest staff! Plus their dairy free/gluten free ice creams are the best I've had.
