Very sloppy preparation. Why do they put the condiments on last. It stays on the paper wrapper. You have to watch how much you pay. They charged me for a whole sandwich but I got a half sandwich.

I ordered a wrap and got a 6 inch sub on flatbread that had barely anything in it. When we called to complain they said they'd remake it, but when we got there they told me it was right and that they're the same thing just folded differently so they wouldn't remake it. But if that's the case, why does a wrap cost so much more?

Placed an order and mind you this is not the first time. There was no lettuce or green peppers i called talk to 'birdie' informed her my sandwich was wrong. She said word for word' it was placed during lunch rush' what can i do? I informed her i would like a refund im not driving all the way nack she said she was going to check with the person who made it & came back and pretty much called me a liar , saying that the person who made it , said they made it correctly. Told her i could send her a picture. She said she had to talk to the owners, if she is the store subway manager why cant you refund me . Never again will i order from here so here is the picture of my order and how i informed her there isno lettuce, green peppers, or onions.

Shout out to manager Luke! I came in running behind from a trip to Walmart and was bringing lunch to a relative and needed a sandwich in a hurry, so I could make it on time and he put together a beautiful sandwich in record time and had me checked out and on my way! I was able to make it to my destination on time without any issues! Thank you so much for your fast and friendly service!

Never in my 10 years of customer service have I treated a customer like they were an inconvinence for simply adding things to their order, especially if they were nothing but polite and patient during the entire interaction. I will never be coming back to this location.

Had a horrible experience with a male manager today. Called to let them know they had messed up my Sandwich, wanted a simple refund, shouldnt be that big of deal, I mean it was an almost $20 sandwich, deserve to get what I paid for he proceeded to call me a liar and refused to give me a refund. Said he made the sandwich himself and there was no way it went out wrong. Well sorry bud, but it was. Was incredibly rude the entire phone call. Wont be going back to Subway ever again.
