Feels like every subway is just a hit & miss. Too bad we cant have the schedule for when the good artists are working. 😮💨 the good artists make u want to come back but unfortunately the bad ones just ruin the entire experience & causes the restaurant to lose a customer. All the work & effort of the good ones just destroyed by 1 single visit & having an employee just half ass or completely get your order wrong yet THEYRE the ones offended when theyre the ones that messed up your order 🤦♂️ its called accountability.

I cane into the store to pick up a DoorDash order which was supposed to be ready when I arrived, the person behind the counter was on her sell phone and didn’t look up, I asked if the order for my DoorDash wax ready. She was still looking at the her phone. The other make worker Stated they were really busy ! I just stood there. The lady finally said they were working on hud order. She prepared a duffel t order and 7 minutes later the other worker finally started making my DoorDash order. No one else was in the lobby. He proceeded yo be as slow as he could . Then will waiting 11 mini received the order. GET OFF YOUR PHONES! I won’t be back to pick up order! Didn’t even apologize for the wait land they could tell I was very annoyed!

All the usual Subway fare with striking vistas of nearby Lucky Peak mountain and Table Rock plateau, including the 60-ft Table Rock Cross which lights up at night. You can even see the high ridge towers of the Bogus Basin ski resort in the distance.
Located in the Albertsons shopping corner at Apple St. and Parkcenter in Southeast Boise. Staff during this visit were friendly and efficient. This is a safe area. Plenty of parking.

Went to Subway last night with my wife and daughter and the experience was disappointing. The employee had a clear attitude, like he didn’t want to be there, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service really needs improvement. On top of that, the sandwiches were poorly made and didn’t taste good. Overall, not a great experience and not what I expect from this location.

I visited this Subway location last week, and I was really disappointed with the experience. The staff were very unprofessional and rude. They seemed impatient while I was ordering, and as I was leaving, they burst into laughter it felt like they were mocking me. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in customer service. The sandwich itself was okay, but the way I was treated made the whole visit uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Last two orders missed a LOT of items. Ordered meatball combo and two extra drinks. Received the sandwich. That’s it. No chips. No Pepsi. No lemonades. Nothing. Store says “ Tough. Take it up with DoorDash. Again. DoorDash gave me nine bucks.So I just paid twenty-seven bucks via for a third-rate meatball sandwich and the Subway on Apple says essentially “Boohoo. Poor you…”

I've ordered from here many times and the past at least 5-10 sandwiches I've gotten have been just horrible for many different reasons. Do not go to this location. I keep giving it a chance as it is close to me, but I regret it every time. I've wasted too much money here I will no longer be going there.

Ordered through doordash. Ordered double meat with 2x pepper jack and received the smallest sandwich. This was the second time this happened, called and was told take it up with doordash, doordash didnt make the sandwich but hey ill just pay a little more and go to a better sandwich shop that gets the order correct. If the employees got a sandwich like this im sure they'd be pissed too

I wrote on my order slice into 3rds. They didn't. When I unwrapped the sandwich it appeared as if they used five day old bread that was so crumbly the top had pie es sticking through. When I tried to call it went straight to a message saying they were busy making sandwiches. They were not. I am very dissatisfied by the old bread, communication, and the service. I will not go to this subway again.
