I visited this Subway location last week, and I was really disappointed with the experience. The staff were very unprofessional and rude. They seemed impatient while I was ordering, and as I was leaving, they burst into laughter it felt like they were mocking me. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in customer service. The sandwich itself was okay, but the way I was treated made the whole visit uncomfortable. I won’t be returning to this location.

Last two orders missed a LOT of items.
Ordered meatball combo and two extra drinks.
Received the sandwich. That’s it.
No chips. No Pepsi. No lemonades. Nothing.
Store says “ Tough. Take it up with DoorDash. Again. DoorDash gave me nine bucks.So I just paid twenty-seven bucks via for a third-rate meatball sandwich and the Subway on Apple says essentially “Boohoo. Poor you…”

I've ordered from here many times and the past at least 5-10 sandwiches I've gotten have been just horrible for many different reasons. Do not go to this location. I keep giving it a chance as it is close to me, but I regret it every time. I've wasted too much money here I will no longer be going there.

Definitely done with this location. Maybe done with subway all together. We gave you a chance to make things right with the replacement sandwiches. You served us the same stale bread.

Ordered through doordash. Ordered double meat with 2x pepper jack and received the smallest sandwich. This was the second time this happened, called and was told take it up with doordash, doordash didnt make the sandwich but hey ill just pay a little more and go to a better sandwich shop that gets the order correct. If the employees got a sandwich like this im sure they'd be pissed too

I wrote on my order slice into 3rds. They didn't. When I unwrapped the sandwich it appeared as if they used five day old bread that was so crumbly the top had pie es sticking through. When I tried to call it went straight to a message saying they were busy making sandwiches. They were not. I am very dissatisfied by the old bread, communication, and the service. I will not go to this subway again.

A good clean store. We happened to get there around the evening rush time and it took a while to get our sandwich. Got home to amazing surprise of complementary cookies in our bag as a thank you for waiting. thanks Subway store employee.

Bad experience: 1)first server said app only for coupon 2) app hard to use 3) then second server said coupon without app no problem 4) manager said no free cookie, even though coupon clearly stated free with any purchase 5) previous server uses coupon for free cookie. Poorly run sub store!

While Subway restaurants across the country acknowledge Veterans Day, this particular Subway does not offer anything special for Veterans Day. The girl working the counter didn't even know it was Veterans Day. 🇺🇲

Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location went in there to do the 6 dollar foot long they wouldn’t honor it so I was trying to order on the phone app clearly standing out of the way 2 customers came in ordered the whole menu and I was sitting there waiting and the store employee told me to move out of the way the customers ordering could clearly see the whole counter and on top of that my bread was stale hard not even edible horrible experience at this place I’ve been going here for years it’s like there’s no customer service whatsoever anymore subway do better

Chris is the man, fast ,efficient, very nice. As a fellow kitchen industry worker. He keeps that place very clean. Sorry for coming in last 30 minutes!
