I ordered my lunch through the subway app today. Normally I never leave reviews if mistakes are made because things happen but this was one thing after another. Not only were the 3 sandwiches I ordered messed up completely with mixed up ingridents and all completely wrong but I tooked a bite of my sandwich and got a rando workers hair in my mouth. If I am spending almost 30 dollars on three sandwiches I want it to be close to what I asked for and hygienic at the very least.

I went in yesterday around 7 PM, and they were cleaning the restaurant. The girl who was sweeping the floor rudely swept my foot. I asked if I was in the way she said yes, so I moved. I paid for my food and as I was leaving, I heard bitch! I turned and I looked. it was the girl who just swept my foot! Worst customer service ever I will never go to Subway again!

I get the same tuna sandwich a lot there and a lot of the employees have memorized my order. I usually don't get online orders just so I can have a little bit of conversation. The employees are super nice :)

Can of soda for size comparison. Not impressed at all for the $ spent. Bread was crusty, small and just not appetizing. Way to much mayonnaise and hardly any meat. I must say, every time I order online for pickup we're not impressed. Guess you have to stand there while they make your order to get a good sandwich now.

I just wanted to share my experience. I went in to the Subway on Apple Street by Albertsons to order 9 sandwiches for my office. I was told by the worker that anything over 5 was considered catering and needed to be in advance. There was not a single other customer in there. I said what if I had 8 kids. She said that is different. I said I don't know how, I am trying to order food and you won't serve me. I said what if I order 5 and come back and order 4 more, she still said no. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she is the manager. I said, can I talk to your supervisor, she said no and would not give me a number. Honestly, I never thought I would be refused service even when there was no other customer in the place, she was just standing there. I will never utilize this business again nor will my office or anyone in the area when I let them know this is how they do business.

Me and my friends went in first one of my friends, used the bathroom and bought some chips and then the guy told him to not come back in here because this place is for business and then I went in the use the restroom and then the guy said of the same thing this place is for business and then after that, my friend Jasim went in and they yelled at him and said the F word so I recommend you not going to this place.

This has to be the 3rd or 4th time I've gotten a completely wrong order. When I called tonight to have it fixed they hung up on me before I could explain. I know they're busy and so I was very polite but this took the cake. I'm done with this subway.

Worst experience I've ever had at a subway. Ordered online for my family. Spent 40 bucks for nothing. My order isn't correct at all. No mayo. Nothing toasted. Random veggies just slapped on the sandwich. I wont even eat mine its disgusting. I'll never come back to this location. Oh and now they refuse to answer their phone.

Be careful when you order a sandwich at this Subway. We ordered the new Supreme Meats sandwich and was informed that it only comes with one meat- capicola. But the description lists capicola, salami, black forest ham and pepperoni. So it was suppose to be loaded with all the meats listed. So they will short change you. So be careful. We will not be going back to this Subway again or probably any Subway again and will let it be known how awful it was.
