Need to slow down. Was being rushed through the sandwich to the point of it being rude. It's okay to make people wait a minute.

Food wasn't ready upon arrival. Had to wait about 15 more minutes after arriving (about 25 minutes longer than was quoted in the app when i ordered) Otherwise, everything was good, as it usually is. My order was all correct and staff were also polite. I've been to this location 3-4 times and this was the 1st time my order took significantly longer to prepare than was quoted. I always allow about an extra 10 minute buffer before I show up to pick up my food. In the past this has typically been sufficient time for my order to be ready when I arrive to pick it up, regardless of location. Hopefully this was just a one off occurrence
Nov 15, 2024, 7pm the place was clean and the employees were working hard to get everything stocked and cleaned up.
Sandwich was made to my specification and the employees were very polite and helpful.
Have been shopping here for years and will continue too.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables available.
Parking: It is a shopping center, plenty of open free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kid meals.

We ordered online as we needed it ready for pick up as we were in a hurry. We walked in and nobody greeted us but a blonde girl glared at us like she was annoyed we came in. They hadn’t even started our order. There were 2 people in the store other than us and 3 workers. The “team leader” wouldn’t listen to us and was so rude to the younger worker who looked lost. We tried to help them by telling what was on our order so they didn’t have to keep looking at the paper and they wouldn’t listen and made our sandwiches wrong and when we asked for extra veggies on the side because they were made wrong, they gave us a couple slices of the veggie. They never wash their hands once they continuously touched the screen and coupons and other things and then went back with the same gloves and touched our sandwiches. That’s gross. Won’t be back.

Less than 1 star. All 3 staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. Didn't respond to friendly greeting, failed to inform that a sandwich was not valid with Subway coupon after being told we wanted to use them. Had an attitude when we didn't want sandwich since we couldn't use coupon. We're very curt in response to questions if they responded at all. And to top it all off, the female ringing up the order charged full price for all sandwiches,and shorted us $10 in change. I'm not sure if it was an accident or she can't count. Worst experience ever at a food establishment. Sad state of affairs for the generation of teens we now have. When I was a kid I understood customer service and courtesy. 7/19/2024 2:30 pm. 5 mile plaza Subway in Boise. One male, two females. No "welcome to Subway" there....

I'm from Costa Rica Central America and I visited this place , and I was attended by the girl who attended me did not speak Spanish but as soon as she realized that I was not from the United States I call a person who could speak Spanish and this young man attended me wonderfully excellent ?

I went into this store hoping to order a sub until the service just wasn't up to the task... the employees had it under control, but the manager seemed rather bossy and made the atmosphere uncomfortable.. I exited the store and don't plan to go here again, this shop isn't worth my money.

I wouldn't normally write a review for something as simple as a Subway, but the team working on the night of Saturday June 1st deserves to be recognized! The "Team Leader" was so friendly & personable, he made our night! I had two teenage boys with me and they were laughing and joking and having a great time. This is a win in my book! Great team working at this location, I will drive out to this one, just to receive this service again! Cheers!

If there was a negative star I would have selected it. Amber the manager wasn’t working but Debbie the acting supervisor was. Debbie should not be in charge of providing customer service to anyone. Maybe toddlers I suppose. It was a horrible experience. Terrible customer service, our online order was messed up, after getting it home we found it to be incorrect. I had to take all the sandwiches back now (30 min of driving round trip total) to prove to them it was in fact, incorrect. So they “could throw them away”. After all of this nothing was done to make it right and frankly the attitude regarding the situation was terrible. Could have at least offered something to make it right. Now that I actually got what I paid for, I will not be back and I ensure you I will tell every person I find why they should not eat here. This was a great example of how to make someone’s patronage feel wrong.
