I would give it zero stars if I could. 'It's run by students so it's not perfect' yet literal monkeys with their arms cut off could make my order more correct. How the hell do you go from a Veggie delight with extra peppers and Sriracha sauce and mayo, and instead get a 6 inch sub with the wrong bread no sauce not even anything on it except FOR THE PEPPERS. Who in their right mind puts bell peppers on 9 grain bread and says ' looks like their order.' Scientists need to study these humans to see what goes on in their brain, they would make breakthrough discoveries on how small of brains they have.

One of the worst Subways in Boise. I understand being staffed by students is a challenge, so I won't hold it against them. Just be prepared to wait in a very long line, to have surly service, and for the hygiene to be questionable. Your sandwich will have very scant vegetables, the bread will be stale, and you might not get everything you ask for and they might be out of things you want. However, they do have the standard Subway goodies and I love that you have so many options for fresh vegetables no got a foot long veggie delight but think the price is reasonable and making it a meal is a filling lunch.

The staff was super rude. Only one person was helping customers out the other just stood there. Asked for the new garlic stake sandwich and to be made just how the sign stated. They just put whatever they wanted on it. Worst sandwich ever. I do not recommend going to that one find another or a different place all together.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the girl put like 3 full handfuls of spinach on my sandwich when I said light spinach, she COUGHED on my food and when she was ringing me up she was texting the whole time and was snotty when she told me to have a nice day. I'm a waitress so I understand working in customer service but this is absolutely ridiculous. The student union restaurants need to really evaluate their employees more because this isn't the first time I've experienced such rudeness and laziness combined, not only at Subway but at Moe's and the BRC as well.

The staff make really good subs really quickly. They can handle busy hours without letting you down.
