Walked in at 8:10 on a Saturday night and was told we're cleaning up. I said "oh you're closed?"....another older gentleman came out from the back and said "yeah we're closed and cleaning up. We have an inspection tomorrow " really? an inspection on Sunday? Why not just say we've been slow as hell all night and decided to clean up early?....left a bad taste in my mouth and didn't even have any food!!
I had a terrible experience with the staff. They added very little topping, barely any cheese or vegetables. When I asked for more, they said that was all they could offer. There were only 4-5 olives on a footlong sandwich. Additionally, the staff refused to provide an extra bag for the sandwich, forcing me to carry it without a paper bag.
Service was terrible and has been upon every visit. We were not greeted at the door, and waited over 10 minutes before being helped at the front counter (Note - we were the only ones in line at the front counter). We initially were the only customers in the store for the first 8 minutes. After patiently waiting to be served, several families came in behind us. It looked like the two guys were working on an online order. From years in food and beverage management, you should have one person on to-go orders and the others serving guests as the front line when they walk in. I was first in line and was rudely asked 'What can I get for you'? My party then ordered and we paid our bill. This location is our quick stop for good sandwiches before hitting the lake (Lucky Peak). We always bring in multiple groups to grab sandwiches before heading up the mountain. My wife and I discussed how we have yet to have a good experience at this location, and are always displeased with their service. I walk out of this store more unhappy than I did when I walked in. We have decided this was our last straw with this store and will be supporting Manchinos down the road going forward for fantastic Grinder Sandwiches and pizzas.

Food was good as always but none of the tables were clean. Waited in line for at least 20 minutes just to have the worker leave to take a smoke break right before us. She came back and someone asked for a cookie she forgot. She got the cookie without washing her hands. Then she washed them and got our food. Right before the next person she asked if she could go get a drink. Very unprofessional and it took so long. While we were eating she left again to smoke while there was still a line. They seem a little understaffed since there are only two people behind the counter but it doesn’t help when one keeps leaving.

Do not order online, they don’t pay attention to how your sandwich is made, I asked for extra spinach and 2 cheeses and less sauce, they didn’t give me one of my cheese, no extra spinach and my sandwich is dripping wet with sauce. There’s no customer service or anywhere in the app to try to request the fee I paid for the second cheese and when I called the store they didn’t answer. If you want good food just go inside

Ordered a sandwich online and paid $2 extra for fresh sliced avocado on my veggie sandwich. When I picked it up, I realized they'd put premade guacamole on it instead- which I hate because it makes your whole sandwich taste bitter and disgusting. I brought it up with an employee (who it turns out was the manager) and she said that "avocado is avocado". I told her that they're completely different- that the "fresh sliced avocado" was the only item in bold on my receipt (apparently this is a common problem), and that their mashed container avocado is gross. She said that that was a "matter of opinion" (I guess the customer's opinion of what tastes good on a sandwich doesn't matter). She said she couldn't give me a refund, so I asked her to remake it. I told her I wanted extra cheese since I wouldn't be getting my $2 back. Then she told me that she doesn't take orders from people and to get out. I told her that that was her entire job- to take orders from people, and that I wasn't being any ruder to her than she'd been to me. Another employee showed up who was miraculously able to refund my money. I left my sandwich there- which I might mention they'd also forgotten to toast (another common problem, based on reviews).
After reading through what other people had to say, it seems like there have been a lot of problems with the manager of this Subway. She's rude and combative and dismissive when customers have issues with their food- which apparently happens constantly with online orders. From talking to her, I never would've guessed she was a manager. She acted like just a recalcitrant employee with an attitude problem who doesn't want to be at work. I used to work at Subway, and if I screwed up, I just fixed it and carried on. If you're too prideful to do that, then find a profession that doesn't involve dealing directly with customers.

Order was prepared incorrectly. This was the second time my order was not toasted. I called after I picked up my order, I had to call three different times before my call was answered. I asked if they could remake or refund my order and was told they would remake the following day because they were closing soon. I called the next day and was told to call back in an hour because they were too busy to handle phone calls. I called back an hour later to speak with Jennifer who was by far the most unpleasant employee I interacted with. She told me she had reviewed video footage and had told me exactly what time I walked into her store and that she was certain those sandwiches had been made correctly.I let her know that I received cold sandwiches that had definitely never been toasted. She refused to help me resolve this issue.Jennifer needs education she is very argumentative and unnecessarily aggressive. This issue could have easily been resolved if Jennifer possessed management skills.

I placed an order online and of the 4 sandwiches only 1 arrived correctly. One they forgot and 2 of them they must have pulled from the toaster but then forgot that they needed to add toppings and wrapped the sanwich with only the meat and cheese. Even the cookies were stuck togehter so they didn't notice one was only a half. Terrible service.

The two working Monday April 8th at around 2 were amazing! I’ve literally never had a better experience at a subway. I asked for extra sauce, and instead of it feeling like pulling teeth to get another drop of sauce they actually gave me extra sauce without me having to ask again. They also ripped up my spinach before putting it on my sandwich, talk about making food as if you were making it for your self! I hope these two get a raise.

Ordered on the app. My footlong toasted was 8 inches and cold even though I showed up right when it said it was ready to the minute. Had a long day at work and a sandwich sounded good. It wasn’t. Worst 14 dollars

Staff is great. Made me a delicious sandwich. I’m surprised they got it right. The sun is so bright coming through the windows that I could barely even read the menu. The employees are looking right into the setting Sun. The owner needs to put in sun shades definitely for the employees first then the customer. It was brutally bright in that store. Shame on the owner. I can’t imagine what it’s like in the summer hours.
