I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with what it comes with adding pickles and olive. I got a cold sandwich with chicken and nothing else. No ranch, no tomato, no onion, no lettuce, or olive and pickle. I love Subway sandwiches but I will not order one from this location again. This the best location for me. I did not have time to take the sandwich back so I paid for a sandwich I had to add all of the condiments to.

Ordered 2 footlongs with the app. Only got 1 cut in half. When I realized this and went back, they tried to make the same sandwich Instead of the one that was missing and I had to stop them. They didn't even give a free cookie for the extra time and gas money.

Not trained properly at all. The lady just stared throwing the meat on the bread and clumped it all together and when I asked for it to be remade, by another co worker they threw an attitude and started slamming stuff around. Corporate will be called to come to this location worse service ever.
Like other reviews our online order was not ready for pickup when we arrived. In fact we had to wait nearly 20 minutes until all the other customers were served. We placed our order hours before these other people and still had to wait until they were all served. What a joke this place is. Plus there is no store number on our online receipt. This is the second time we ordered online way in advance and still had to wait and wait for our order even after paying for it in advance. Not to mention half the time our sandwiches had the wrong stuff on them. It is obvious the owner of this franchise does not seem to want to improve his customer experience. What a shame!

I placed an order online and when I arrived the order wasn’t ready. There was only one person who was working. There wasn’t even cookies to my order. The guy working said he’d give what was left which was two old raspberry cookies and a chocolate chip one. I asked if I would be refunded for my order not being right and he said he didn’t know and to call someone. This is a joke!I felt bad for the guy who was working cause he wasn’t sure what to do. Management really failed at this. Why order online and drive all the way out if you can’t even fully fulfill and order??
