State street location is ALWAYS dirty. The employees are not friendly, they dont greet customers, they dont smile, no customer service skills at all...that could make up for the horrible sandwich i received. The Bread was not toasted but probably woulx have better if it was.. crunchy bread...didnt even get all the veggies i wanted to because they didnt lookappetizing. Mind you i am starving so didnt leave without purchasing like i should have. Not impressed at all. Liks not at all. Imnot one to normally review fast food as ivw wotked at alot of them..but come on...get it togethersubway!!

10.49 for just a black forest ham footlong? what a joke. Prices have gotten insane. I remember very recently when they were 8 and even that was high! Will not be going back anytime soon. At least the crew was nice and the place was clean. But if you want customers, lower your prices!!!!

The lady who made my sandwich made it wrong. She did not make it the way that I wanted her too. She seems to have a preference on how to make sandwiches. And that is fine for her own sandwiches, but not a customers sandwich. If I want my vegetables put on in a certain order, then put them on in that order. Make the sandwich the way that the customer tells you too!

Third time being there in 2 months. Dining area has always been dirty, no clean tables. Employees are in la la land. Two teens completely oblivious. One older lady who made me wait 5 minutes while she tried to figure out an online order at the register, not asking anyone to come up front to help, when a MIT came out she states I'm clocking out and leaves. He starts my sandwich and yells you could have done this online order! Wiped his nose with his arm and dumped out the tip jar and rang my sandwich up with his gloves on?!! BAFFLING!! WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS PLACE?!

Subway doing the bait and switch. Advertise a $6.99 for long... But No! This store doesn't participate. So after waiting 10 minutes I'm line, making the sandwich, then tried to use my printed promo advertisement only to be denied. Suck it Subway!!!!!!
There's only 2 amazing Subways in town. This one, and the one on Cole and USTICK. Great Customer Service, great quality food, and a super clean, friendly environment. Stay far away from the one on Emerald and Orchard. And also stay away from the one of Fairview next to Papa Murphys. Both of those locations have issues with quality, customer service, and even staying open. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to the orchard location and the door is locked during normal business hours.
