Building was absolutely filthy. Had to clean a table for ourselves, floors hadn't been mopped in so long they were caked black with ick, bathroom was too fouled to let my kiddo use the facilities. We got a fun bonus that they were experiencing some sort of power failure while we were there too - lights all shut off and the fridge units holding the sandwich toppings all turned off out front. As far as I could tell we got our food before there was a temp issue but there's no telling if it was a one off or if they had been having issues for a while. Will not be returning to this location.

I stopped in to pick up my order, and when I politely asked for a cup of water (it was very hot outside), the girl working there refused and was extremely rude about it. There was no reason for the attitude — I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. Very poor customer service. If Subway can’t train their staff to show basic courtesy, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

This review is mostly for the worker, Patrick. Apparently he’s always there by himself, which sucks, but when I was just in there, a bunch of people were also, he keep his calm and processed to continue with his work and push there! He's a great guy also!

Terribly understaffed. Out of many ingredients. They did not honor the $6.99 meal of the day. Those of us in line waited at least 35 mins each. . Online orders take priority over walk in customers. Asst mgr walked out leaving amazing Sherry all alone to fill all orders. She deserves 5 stars and a huge raise! Owners, hire more staff or delay online orders when store is packed with walk-ins. So many customers walked out in disgust!!!

Shari prepared my order along with 3 other of my friends. The dude that was helping her was extremely rude to her in front of everyone in the store. I greatly appreciated how kind Shari was even though she was embarrassed in front of everyone and her manager. I hope Shari gets recognized for her great customer service and positive attitude. She deserves some praise and a raise. The that jerk should be fired. No place for him in a place that requires teamwork, communication, and respect.

Walked in and told 1 person is working behind the counter said it would be a 30 minute wait to get food. Could see others in the back but only one person making sandwiches during the lunch hour. No other people in the restaurant eating just people waiting to pickup food from online orders. So glad online orders are more important than people in the store.

For a slow time it's dirty. Tables need to be wiped off and the floor needs a sweep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the food I'll come back, but not sure about about the cleaning part. What happened to hair nets?

No Name gaming

I came in two days ago and was getting my sub and the employee named will was extremely rude and gave me discussing looks. He is not a worthy employee. Retraining this employee would be a good idea subway managers :(

This store is always a weird vibe. The people are always weird. I tried to go in at 8:30 to place a to go order and the kid working had locked the doors and started mopping and just stared at me???
