customer service is lacking the ladies were very rude no smiles the girl in the back sounded like she was throwing and slamming things i got attitude from both of them i think that no matter how much they might hate their job they should still give their best

just went there at 12pm on a friday and the door is locked open sign is off and nobody is there. pretty annoying

ordered food online and got there and they werent open. the website is making it incredibly hard to get a refund. there is usally only one employee in this store and that poor employee is usally struggling a lot. it obvious this establishment had poor management, and i feel bad for the employees. so upset, and feel so had for the employees. do better or quit and stop being a manager.

Hey now, the assistant manager Tammy wearing the BEAST Jersey was one of the rudest people I have ever come across in customer service. She was angry, unprofessional and surly from the beginning. She was so out of line that I had to ignore her or walk out without lunch. She was condescending about the way I wanted to build my sub and even worse when I reacted with silence to her behavior. The poor coworker has to deal with her for their whole shift!!! She made a rude comment about me using a coupon as well because she wanted to be confrontational. Toxic. I've never had a problem with this Subway as it's near work. The staff has always been very professional and nice. Top management needs to do something about this person... TODAY.

Accidentally ordered to this restaurant and I have called them 12 times and they just pick up the phone and hang it up or it goes to a fax machine. All I wanna do is cancel the order that I made to the wrong restaurant super unhappy about it.

The lady today was rude towards my autistic son from the moment he entered. I walked in after he had already entered and she told him if he wasn't going to order a sandwich then leave. My son was just waiting for me. I told my son let's just leave and she said 'as expected'. This is the first time a Subway employee has ever been so rude towards my son or me. I hope this woman gets fired for acting this way towards an autistic person or any customers for that matter.
