Ordered through the website. When we got there to pick it up, the order got canceled because they didn't have the meat. Supposedly my debit card got refunded the charge. Two weeks later and several calls, still no refund. Today I was told, it appears to have been refunded on their end so dispute it with my bank.... not happy....

Just went in to get breakfast & the guy there didnt acknowledge me for a few…then he walked past me without a look, went back to the rear…came back out as if i were invisible, i left without ordering & went next door to Sonic….i wont ever go back & you should also

I ordered at 1pm on Feb 18th, I go to subway all the time but typically go to other ones but was in the area, I always order the number 20 (chicken bacon ranch) but wasn't a fan of the rotisserie so I always get the grilled chicken because that's the original way it was made. He told me it couldn't be made that way and I couldn't change the meat, (never been told this and I go almost once a week) so he charged me for the grilled chicken and extra for bacon and cheese, so my coupon didn't make it as cheap as it normally does because the "additions" weren't part of the coupon. Probably won't come to this subway again. Subway is supposed to be make it how you want....

Felt rushed/Rude ServiceWe arrived 30 mins before closing to the open sign off.When we went inside we were greeted with a harsh huff and glares from Elsie.Our food was throw together and messy.I understand arriving 30 mins till close is frustrating but her attitude was unnecessary.

One of the better subway locations I've been to. Generally clean, good service, pleasant interior. Some of the veggies were a little wilted, but the sandwich was good overall quality.

Me and my daughter went to order a foot long sandwich, and we have been at this subway many times and my daughter got her usual sandwich as usual. But she started to complain that her stomach hurt after eating her sandwich and apparently they added cheese on her sandwich when we specifically asked for no cheese....and because of this she had explosive fecal matter afterwards and it was absolutely terrible i do not know what they put into that cheese they added to her sandwich but it was just not ok! They also added way too much mayo when we asked for a little bit it was disgusting!!!! Previous times we went there, we also noticed how dirty the place was! Staff didn't seem to know how to do their job!!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. My wife had just been released from the hospital and we'd rushed to get there before closing, arriving with 11 minutes to spare. Nonetheless, the expressionless child behind the counter told us that we were too late. We didn't understand how that could be with so much time to spare; we explained we had rushed and even showed him the clock, with still more than 10 minutes left. He calmly stated that by the time he was done with the current customers -- one couple -- it would be closing time and he simply wouldn't have time to serve us. We own a restaurant and serve people up until the moment of closing. Maybe people have simply come to accept horrible customer service as the new normal? Just another example, I guess, of the softness and utter lack of work ethic evidenced in this generation -- but I'm sure they couldn't care less anyway. Don't waste your time or money supporting a place like this. There are so many other restaurants that actually deserve your support, places run by hard working people, places that actually work to deserve your patronage, places where people still care about customer service and doing a good job.
