I suppose there was a rush before we decided to eat in the establishment, as the place really wasn't that clean. Tried to order in the app just for pickup, but this location wasn't accepting online orders. Which is a good thing and I'll tell you why... I watched this girl as she made our sandwich, she was super stingy with not only the meat, but the veggies as well. I watched as she counted each and every piece she put on and acted very frustrated and out of sorts while doing so. Here's the thing... I watched as she pulled off pieces she had already put on our sandwich and put it back in the bin. Talk about dangerous cross contamination as I know it would go on someone else's sandwich. I almost said something but chose not to because I didn't want to frustrate her anymore as I saw she was struggling. I did say something though as when I asked for spinach she went to grab from one that was full of wilted and frozen leaves. The sandwich was edible but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't think we'll order from this one again. Fifteen dollars for a foot long that barely has any meat and it's counted out like pennies. Only three slices of beef and just seems extra stingy when pieces are taken off in an unsafe food manor.

When I’ve recently gone in, food is good - bread soft, veggies fresh, stations well maintained.
Service is great, considering only one staff person has been dealing with the entire store and lines of customers by themselves. Every time out of the few I’ve gone in, there’s been a different person manning the store, and only one.
The store was clean, food was extremely timely given one person. Decent subway.
Hopefully the franchise and management can treat staff well enough to keep them and have more than one person at a time.

I work nearby and always have lunch breaks here. Donald has the greatest customer service ever and he literally makes the best subway sandwiches I ever had. I never don't eat my turkey sandwich there but I totally let Donald recommend me a Philly cheese steak and it was amazing! Definitely my favorite location for subway!

I got food poisoning from here. After a very very long day I didn’t want to cook ordered a sandwich that I’ve multiple times at other subways and a few hours later I’m getting sick even though that was the only thing I ate. Will not be ordering from here again.

Perfect 10. Breeze and there was another gal there. They both had a happy-go-lucky attitude. Very helpful. Within the first 5 minutes I was there they were very pleasant to be around. I'm definitely going back thank you Subway.

Twice I've been here and walked out without making a purchase because the single person working there had so many orders that they were unable to help me. This was two different workers who were obviously working very hard but were totally alone in the store. This store needs another person to help out!

unbelievable service. my order was to be ready at 625. it is now 700 pm and I have been sitting in the store while the white guy with tattoos behind the counter continues to talk and talk and not prep food. there was 2 other orders before me. no problem. but why has this taken over 35 minutes now. I was handed my order with only one sandwich and had to have him remake my order. no apologies. just an excuse that he gets overwhelmed sometimes. why offer online ordering if orders are not going to be ready at stated time. I have been in this location one other time with this same employee on the phone yelling and cursing how he was going to 'beat someone's ass' over a dispute about a refund. this is ridiculous behavior for a subway. I finish writing this review while im still sitting in this location waiting for my order that was placed at 6 pm for a 625 pick up. now going onto 40 minutes waiting in store.

The only part of my meal that sucked was seeing how the gal making it was running the store by herself. That’s messed up. She still made me a beautiful sandwich and got all my customizations correct. Good on you lady! I hope they hire some help for you soon. No one should be working that hard on a Sunday.
App doesn't work for payment. Myra. Employee on duty, said nothing she can do, worst customer service ever. Didn't even stop trying to close up an hour early to address my issues or concerns. Just said nothing we can do & walked away. Subway app had turned into a nightmare for no reason. Usually order subway weekly. Won't be anymore. Just went down the street to jersey mike's. Great service!

The 2 workers that were there gave me and my grandson outstanding service. The man that was helping us was a very nice man. Very courteous towards us. Loved the service and atmosphere. Will be back. ♥️

the food was great just disappointed when i went in with my boyfriend and she was making my sandwich she got a call from her husband and she answered the phone with her gloves on. She was talking to him while making the sandwich and didn’t change her gloves once. she could’ve waited till the sandwich was made to talk with him.. quite disappointing especially since it said she was a manager on her name tag. 8/15/25
